Used my reliable S3 until my bank apps could not work with old operating system. The S10e fits my pocket like the S3 and is a miracle upgrade. Best part with finger print reader on power button, I rarely push a mechanical button.

Overall a good phone besides notification settings

Samsung phones is great to use plus the speed is awesome.

Be wary of buying a phone device through Best buy. You only have 14 days within which to return or exchange, and your time counts down from the minute you receive the device, not from the time you activate it. I tried after 20 days, but alas, I cannot. Now I'm stuck with this Galaxy S10e. The Bixby, volume and power controls are in awkward positions. If the phone phone volume is muted down at night, the clock alarm can't work - my old LG did. Lots more, but suffice it to say, just beware when dealing with this store.

This will do the job but I had an issue with the camera, it stopped recoding video and but kept recording the audio on my daughter's birthday in normal HD mode, not UHD which I used it for other things and that was fine. Haven't had it long enough to notice anything else negative yet.

Purchased this on sale. For my surprise, the phone is a rare edition and you could not get it thru any other other store and is a special order. Best Buy made it easy and flawless.

The s10e has a very good camera front and back, the pictures come out amazing. The speaker on the phone is somewhat loud but my biggest complaint is the cost(it's more than my mortgage) and the size is very small even with a protector on it.

Easy to transition and transfer files, photos,...Best Buy service and patience with my questions, and showing me the new features of the phone was a very positive experience. Thank you

Got this phone e for my son and he loved it till he lost it and now cant be found because they make you pay for the safe & found app and didnt tell us it needed set up on all phones

I upgraded to this phone and love it. I have had 5 Samsung phones and have been very happy with them. I have had no issues with them and each one is better than the last one!

This compact size of s10 does nothing different to original. Hardware and screen perform the same as original. Even lighter and more discreet in your hands

This phone is perfect. Cant tell the difference between this and the galaxy 10+ other than the edge display. The pricing was what really sold me on the phone since it was bogo.

The galaxy s10e is definitely fast but the battery life is terrible. Maybe I got a bad one. The screen clarity was really good too! Really struggled with the difference between android and iPhone. Not a bad phone, just not for me!

I loved the piece and the specifications of the phone .. they are perfectly blended to the price and really loved the way how they put the fingerprint to the power button

So far so good. Transition from Windows phone to S10e went smoothly. The challenge is getting use to all the features I did not have in my Windows phone.

Good phone, has many features, and pre-loaded apps. Not happy that the Lock by Pin screen does not scramble the key pad numbers. Wish it had a built-in message flasher. Once I had it a couple days, I had figured out how to use some of the apps.

Love android phones for their ease of use and lack of inherent problems. Samsung has had some issues but usually once they were a few years old.

Great phone, I upgraded to a S21 5G and there is really no difference. Should have stayed with the S10e

Again Best Buy had great service and competitive price. Purchased this phone and Best Buy had a great discount going on for this model.

Our kid loves it and has said it will last him many years. I am going to remind him of that when he asks to upgrade.
