I purchased this 10e phone, based on my experience with other Samsung phones. Didn't have time to research. The print is difficult to read. It does have some nice features, such as a choice of locking devices.

The phone is a good phone. I wonder if it is worth the price to upgrade from my S8+. The prices have gone up in most phones. Hopefully, the competition will bring the pricing down to a realistic price.

I live in a rural area but had great reception with my old phone, same carrier. My girlfriends old phone still works just fine. The Samsung Galaxy 10e has terrible reception compared to my old phone. I have to walk outside the house just to be able to have a phone conversation. That will be fun in the winter! It is so bad I am thinking about selling the Samsung 10e and going back to my old phone. It is pretty bad when the new phone doesn't work as well as my 4 year old phone! Technology should improve a simple thing like receiving a signal over time, at least it should not get worse. Very disappointed with my first Samsung phone.

Didn't want a new phone, had to cuz mine broke and this was a deal. Works like my old one, so ok, negatives are way too much Samsung apps, and you can't delete them

The speaker quality on phone calls both on and off speaker is poor. No way to increase volume....lots of feedback. Other features are good but this is a PHONE

The phone works great but the battery is way to small. This phone was at a great price but i would not keep long term.

I tried to cheap out and get a low priced phone. Price is low and so is the size. Wished I would have spent the extra money on the BIG one.

Pricey but good phone overall. Have not owned long enough for detailed review however.

upgraded from S9+, Battery life on this S10E not very good charged to 100% never used phone for 24hours battery dropped to 65%.

I almost returned the phone. No manual in package or findable on line. BB staff did not know how to set up bluetooth.

It's an ok phone. The price is still steep in my opinion. battery life sucks. camera is ok. Videos are good

Not the hugest fan of Samsung but decided to try. Always had issues with freezing.
