Have to charge the phone a few times during the day or the battery will die. I don't play video games or watch movies on my phone and it still doesn't have a long battery life. It's also made of glass. :-/

You can't cancel an alarm until five minutes before it is due to go off. There is no driving awareness app to silence the phone while you're driving. Google's embedded security disables or usurps interface points so that the security app I want protecting my phone doesn't work. I do not recommend the Samsung Galaxy S10e. Get a Motorola instead.

The other review panned the software, this will be hardware. The case is slippery and difficult to hold. The device slides down the slightest of inclines ond onto the floor. The screen is too narrow, making the keyboard extremely difficult to use, especially for old fingers. I do not recommend the Samsung Galaxy S10e.

I was hesitant to upgrade my phone since it was working albeit at a snail's pace. I was thinking of waiting till s200 lol came out but went to best buy and they had a promotion. So I parted ways with my old and said hello to the new. My old phone had 32 while my new at 128. So more storage. Also, I like the size. It fits great in my pocket. I'm not someone who is great at change but once in a while it is a good thing. I'm still working on this phone. They say all day battery, so I will test it out and see. So far so good. Service was great. They have a great service team.
