In which it will not always let me answer the phone or use other functions. It also has too round of edges which makes it hard to hang on to. The keyboard is too small and difficult to use. I've owned a lot of their products and this is the first time they refused to help.

It held up thru dips in water, before I cracked it. The only reason it is cracked is because I took it out of the case about 6 months ago. It's still working pretty well, even with cracks on the front and on the back!

I wasn't too big with the forced curved screens on the 8 and 9 so this flat screen is a welcome change. The lack of telephoto lens isn't that big of a deal because the cameras that are included are amazingly crisp and clear. Love that it has the Power Share feature as well as the headphone jack. The one thing that does suck is that it isn't a true black color. I miss my dark S8, this being the Prism effect makes it all shin and it looks somewhat gray-ish, but that's ok. I can live it.
