After 3.5 years, still working well. 15W wired charging and 12W wireless charging, super convenient. Generally does everything I ask it to. Takes great daytime pics, but night time pics are a toss up as they can end up grainy and muddy. Wireless Dex lets me check msgs on my PC without have to mess with my phone, except for fingerprint unlock. Only time it really slows is during graphically intense gaming. It'll start overheating causing throttling and really choppy framerates. I either have to turn off performance mode to try and drop clockspeed, or take off the case, which usually just makes me not want to play games at all. Not really a mobile gamer so would probably buy another Galaxy S-Series phone again. Maybe the larger phones have less of an overheating problem.

I like the phone I wish I would have bought an I phone instead oh well

Reception issues and it is not the cell phone service company. Other than that good.

Why 2 Stars? Well, everyone has different opinions, so, in my opinion this phone it’s too expensive when the quality it’s average, it get super hot easily (my device) at least... I don’t know others people experiences, but mine is not good at all.

Did not like how small this model was, returmed it for the bigger size phone.

Came loaded with lots of software crap from all over. Very hard to clear out all this junk, it was so bad that within a few days we returned it and used the credit to buy a Google phone of roughly equal value. At least with Google the adware & bloat all comes from a single source.

First let me say the store is not the problem.. The store has been very helpful.. The phone is Junk. Drops connection to Bluetooth randomly. Tried four different Bluetooth devices. This is the 3rd Samsung S phone I've owned. Dont want another one. Ever.

I love everything about this phone! The camera is amazing, the processor handles all the games I play extremely well, and the customizability of Android is amazing! I've been using iPhones for awhile now, I have had the iphone 6S, but my parents and my sister have had the xs/r for around 6 months now and after using those frequently I have come to the conclusion that this phone is just so much better! I have had a jailbroken iphone 6 for a few months now, but even that doesn't feel quite as customizable and beautiful looking as android. Also, with any jailbroken phone you use up a LOT more battery life. This phone battery lasts all day with no problems. I have played games, watched videos, and listened to podcasts for about 4 - 6 hours today and I still have 60% left! The camera (in my opinion) blows the xr/s's camera out of the water. The transition form ios to android was easy for me and I would HIGHLY recommend this phone to anyone thinking about switching.

Worst cell phone I have ever owned. It has had numerous problems that have never been fixed. I have had numerous Samsung phones that have been wonderful but this one has been a real lemon.

Ok, so fair and honest here, I own the 512GB version S10+ as well as the 128GB S10e. I bought the S10e because I needed an unlocked model for certain things. So I picked the unlocked S10e for $550. Can't complain about that. I actually love this phone. I haven't used my S10+ since I picked this phone up. It fits in my hand, the one-hand usability is great coupled with the new OneUI from Samsung. The build quality on my S10+ with the ceramic back definitely feels more solid; but the build quality on the S10e is solid too as to be expected. I honestly think this might boil down to a weight thing more than anything else. Performance is right on par with my S10+. I really like the location of the fingerprint scanner on the S10e. I've always had big phones since the Note8, but man, this thing has really made me wonder if I'm going to be getting the S11e next year... Love this phone!

phone has a problem with firmware, it will turn off and then to get it turned on again is a big pain in the butt,it's still under warranty so samsung is gonna be informed.

Too much junk preloaded, overheats on a 1/2 phone call. Poor customer service from Samsung. Samsung used to be a good name brand. Not any more.
