Just a heads up - my unboxed phone very much already had someone's info in it prior to being formatted so it was unusable

Was a good phone but after a year it was really slow !!!

My favorite phone from the s10 series. Wonderful camera. Absolutely gorgeous finish on the phone itself. Very sleek with a vibrant screen display.

switching to this phone from a 5 I lost all my cloud pictures

The 10e is perfect in every way, the size it good easy to hold. Battery life is excellent, can get one day plus use out of one charge with no problem. Fast, great pictures, for me the flat screen is a plus over the edge ones.

I switched from Note 8 to this and i don't feel bad. I like the flat screen, lightness, camera and all the features that includes. Battery is very good. Display is very good too, very clean.

The best phone I've ever owned. Almost 5 years and still going strong. Battery is still good.

I bought this directly from Samsung(unlocked) right before a trip and it has proven to be a great upgrade from my LG V20. It is a lot lighter and very responsive. The camera is easy to use with automatic "best shot" check by default making it easy to beginners to take great pictures. Samsung is also very up to date in terms of security updates on this phone. You get the same performance as its more expensive siblings for a much lower price. (with slightly less features and smaller display but much less weight) I also like the non-curve display and headphone jack. Overall I'm extremely satisfied and have no complaints at all.

It was a nice phone fully packed with all the nice features of a new phone. Downside was the battery it didn't last 8 hr of continued use.

Just upgraded from my old Samsung s5 to an unlocked Samsung s10e. Such a beautiful phone, great graphics and opens easily with facial recognition. The fingerprint sensor was working great until I put a highly protective case on it, which is the fault of the case, not the device. Love this phone. Pull it off a night time charge and it lasts a full 2 days with battery to spare (and yes, I use my ph often, though I don't usually play full length movies on it etc). My customer service gal at San Bernardino, Stephanie, was absolutely awesome and gave great service. 10 stars for her!

I upgraded from a S7 Edge and like this phone better for several reasons. The first is the size, which is a perfect fit for my hands. The S7 Edge was a larger phone but this one's screen in about the same size because zero bezel. Fits the pocket better. No quite as heavy. And no EDGE nonsense, which just got in the way on the S7. Don't want it or need it. It also is a lot faster with the faster processor and expanded memory so apps launch in a flash. Main Camera is great, with super wide angle and normal lenses. Takes great photos. OLED screen is fabulous. Rich colors with HDR. The only low points are Bixby, the useless Samsung assistant (mostly ads) and the lofty price. Although this thing is always on sale in one way or another, with activation and/or trade in deals pretty much always in play. Figure $450 to $550 for most folks. No one pays full retail except those buying unlocked models to use with non Best Buy vendors (not activating at Best Buy) . And even they can get trade in deals sometimes. Even on sale, it is definitely on the pricey side but a lot less than the $1000 they are asking for top of the line Samsung and Apple phones. And this one does almost everything they do for a lot less. A very good phone for a decent price.

I would have loved to keep this phone, and I could have learned to deal with some of the samsung interface differences, and bloatware, but the fact that there is a DEDICATED PHYSICAL button to something I would rather completely uninstall.... I had to return it. The camera was great and the tricks were good, phone calling wise, decent... but I want google photos as a default gallery not some dumb samsung gallery app and no bixby at all. Yes you can change certain things, but not enough and not easy enough in the settings. I gave it a weekend of testing. That button needs to be changed to be way super EASY to tweak if it is important enough to have a physical presence and be so in the way. Dealbreaker.

there are just little annoyances to the phone like how it is a little small and the Bixby button. other than that excellent camera and battery and storage

I was going to go for an apple, but when i saw samsung finally put flat screen back, i got this. curved screens are awful !

I was happy with my S7 until i saw this on sale and just had to grab it, So glad i did. Samsung customer for the long haul

Pros: everything Cons: can't think of anything ( perhaps the already great battery life could be better )

best phone of 2019....hope samsung makes a a flat screen note 10e with a 6.28 inch display..definitely would be on my list
