Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always had Samsung Smart phones. I have loved everyone until the S10. The screen does not function property while I'm talking on the phone. I have muted people, hung up on people, made a conference call all by just talking on the phone. I paid dearly for this phone and am so disappointed. They do not seem to be able to fix the problem. At one point, I could not comment on group texts. I'm not a hater but I hate this phone. I would not recommend this phone. I let the Samsung help desk connect to my phone, at one point, and they shut off the automatic Wifi connection. I got an overage charge from my carrier because I did not realize it until the provider sent me a notice. The worst experience I have ever had with a phone.

S10e

I have had a problem with Bixby 2.0 from the start. I spent quite some time on the chat with Samsung Tech Support just to find out that they said there is a problem with the phone. The camera is nice and the phone looks good. Phone calls got a little harder with Android 9 because they took the favorites tab away. Now it is just recent, contacts,keypad and places??? What in the world. Put back the favorites tab. Still I can't help but wonder about how this phone will work over time. Guess we will see.

Nothing but Issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a relatively techy kid and wanted something new so I switched from my Iphone 6 plus. I have had nothing but issues since day one and I learned the hardway that best buy cant help you. The warranty is backed by Samsung so any issues I have to go out of my way to the authorized samsung store and any service issues you have to go to your carrier. The best part is when neither party thinks the issues is there and no one helps. I wish I stuck with my iphone. It just always worked and I never had issues.
