Super fast, super responsive phone

Super responsive interface, and pretty much everything just insta-loads; no more waiting! Love the camera quality and pro camera features as well. Fantastic phone. The set-up and transfer in-store was seamless as well, as there's a Samsung app that takes care of all of that for you.

Overall, I am pleased. The only issue I have had is that I have not been able to use the video call function, as it is grayed out. Verizon said it is a Samsung issue and Samsung said it is a Verizon issue. I get around it by using Google Duo. The camera on this phone is very good and the colors are brilliant.

She upgraded from the S9+ and transferring all her data was easy. All her photos, texts, and apps came over. With Samsung pass, i was able to log in to everything easily as well. Camera quality is amazing and I just ordered the BTS special edition for myself as well.

Most days, I don't use my phone for much more than text, email and a few phone calls, and I've never gotten below 60% by the end of the day. Some is the S20+ optimized usage and some is the OS. I love the updates that Samsung has made to their Galaxy line.
