Great phone with some minor hiccups here an there. Great screen. Some of the features and buttons leave much to be desired.

camera is awesome! Color of phone is beautiful. Phone seems to be a little slow, even brand new.

This was made for the new and improved camera. Which is great. I don't understand why they had to go away from a USB...if I wanted to constantly have to spend more money on accessories I would buy an apple. Be for the people! Only other complaint is the buttons always switch sides. Have to constantly remember where I need to go. Overall same phone as previous, but I have to say...CAMERA IS EXCELLENT. #Don'tbelikeapple

I love this phone. It is very similar to all the other Galaxy phones. The camera is outstanding, I can't even imagine what the Ultra camera is like. My one complaint is that they go rid of the headphone jack. I didn't realize that. I like to listen to music while my phone charges when I'm at work, but I can no longer do that.

I'm coming from the s10 plus there's not much difference as far as screen to body just the front camera is located in the center compared to the upper right on the s10 plus. The battery seems to last longer on the s20 over the s10 plus.

Purchased this phone twice in three months. I made the mistake of buying an unlocked phone directly from Samsung. What is not clear with an unlocked phone is that you can not use wi-fi calling. Shame on Samsung for not making this known, and shame on the carriers for not allowing this feature to work. WARNING - Do not purchase an unlocked phone unless you know you don't need service where cell coverage is weak. When I repurchased three months later, I purchased the second phone through BestBuy. As for the phone itself, it is a nice phone with the latest technology that you would expect in a latest release. It also fits better in my hand than my Note 20.

The best part of this experience was my salesman "Paul" from Best Buy in East Northport. He gave me the confidence and knowledge through his professionalism to make me feel very positive about this major investment. Without Paul I may not have gone through with the purchase, especially since he was not allowed to touch my phone to set it up during the pandemic. He walked me through the whole process and made my experience a complete success. Thank you

I've always had Samsung phones and this is nice enough and definitely seems like a new phone. However the connectivity issues are really annoying. Be prepared to use data a lot.

Easy to use. Love the yellow highlighted keyboard. The downside is that even though it has a slot for an SD card, it doesn't read it (or store on it).

Phone is great, alot of things on this phone I will never use. Overall this is an awesome phone.

Picture quality is really great. Camera is not that good for portrait plus I believe it really is not 108 MP base on my observation. It has a lot of noise. Design is far from perfect. I hate the small dot front camera in the screen. I’d rather not have front camera. It’s striking my eyes really uncomfortable. Overall it’s a great phone just a little heavy too.

Definitely a good, fast, high powered phone. Nice interface. Only complaints: I found touch screen wasn't quite sensitive as I was used to. I had to press harder than I was use to pressing. The fingerprint scanner is on screen, not a sensor. It definitely has some issues reading.

Have a problem with the screen initiating a lot of functions on its own when it is in my pocket. It often mutes the wringer. To use the phone capability requires as that want to track you.I don't allow this so many of the features are of little value.

I was needing to upgrade, but didn't want a big phone that would be comfortable in my back pocket and offer the latest features. This one hit the mark.

phone is amazing. The service to get the phone was very elementary. They provided zero help. And they did not activate it for me. The social distancing is eliminating peoples ability to be helpful!!!
