Took a little practice changing phones but not a lot. Great phone works well, good battery life, nice weight. I immediately put it in a cover as I do with all phones I have ever had, for their protection. They switched the buttons around a bit took a little to get used to but the phone is great. Need to practice a bit to get the most our of the camera. Only marked it down on value as I think all phones are overpriced these days. Cost as much as a computer.

I love the samsung galaxy S20+. Its a great looking phone. Fast, and easy to use. I still think they are all over priced, but I wouldn't choose any other.

I switched from a Google pixel 3 and I'm so glad I did. This phone is great. It's easy to use, the battery life is great and the pictures it takes are beautiful.

Excellent phone. The speed is unmatched. Picture and video quality are superb. So glad I splurged and treated myself!!

Not a super techy myself but finfing the great divrrse camera and mulyipke upgraded functions intriguing. Only have had it over a month and still learning.

First, no one else offered the color Best buy was offering so i am the only one around with my choice color. The pick up was smooth and easy, they even helped me set it up, activate and transfer my content. Answered any questions I had and now i am enjoying my new phone with more features than I knew it had. VERY satisfied customer over here!

Fast, lots of memory. Love the color, aqua blue. There are some changes from my S9+ versus my S20+. Camera, video speed, and man the battery is awesome!

Huge improvement over the S-7. Camera takes incredible pictures. So far, this is a great phone - Haven't had it long enough to find any problems. The only quirk I've encountered has been the charging port. Its a USB-C, which accepts the plug either way, but I get an error pop up occasionally to check the cord when I plug it in. Apparently, its bi-directional when it feels like it. I experience the same thing with the Samsung Tab S6, so its not the phone.

this is a great phone. I wa looking for something larger. I'm still playing around with the camera but what pictures I havent taken have been super clear!

Coming from an LG v20 the difference is night and day! This phone is fast, has a great camera, good battery life, and a beautiful screen. I'm happy!

A very good phone with ample memory and speed. The camera is also good, but don't see it as a great improvement from the 8.

Love the wide angle and zoom photo capabilities. The rest of the phone is what you'd expect in a recent Samsung model: fast, clear, no glitches.

so glad I upgraded from the S9+. Screen size is bigger with better quality. The camera takes a minute to adjust to but takes high quality photos.

This phone has all the bells and whistles including an awesome camera. Not only that, but it's "Freaky Fast" compared to my old Galaxy S8.

This is a great phone. It doesn't use a lot of battery power. It takes a little bit of time to learn how to use it. It is a very fast phone.

I had been shopping Verizon's website for months for the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus but it was never in stock. Enter Best Buy, who not only had it in stock but was greatly discounted. With a generous trade allowance for my S9, I got the phone for less than half price. The only snag was the transfer of data from the S9 to the S20 which took overnight but Best Buy was very accommodating. I didn't even consider it an inconvenience.

Fantastic phone! Upgrading took quite some time, but the new display, faster processor, and myriad of cameras have been really astounding.

The phone is very good, i upgraded from a S9. Much better camera and display. Price is very HIGH! As far as 5g, its not in my area so nothing to see here. Good phone A great price for an expensive phone at Best Buy!!
