I just upgraded my Samsung Galaxy S8 and I'm liking this model. I like the blue color of the older Samsung models but this is okay. The battery life on the S20+ lasts so much longer than my older phone which is fantastic. It does have some changes to get used to (less buttons so taking a screen shot is more difficult) but I'm sure I will get used to them in time. Best Buy's employee (Nicky I believe) was great in moving over my information from my old phone with the help of a Samsung rep who was in the store.

I love the upgrade from the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus to this phone. It is fast, love the clarity of the camera and its an overall fun phone!

Very fast phone. Great new camera and other features. Just waiting to see how it performs with 5G. Verizon does not offer 5G in Oakland.

Came back from a quick iPhone jaunt and back on Samsung. Love the size. Love the camera. Love the interface. And a great deal on it too.

This phone has everything you need in a smartphone. Good camera, good battery life, nice clear and vibrant screen, and good build quality.

If your an android lover, this is a tremendous phone. It has great features and an excellent camera. The battery life is outstanding.

the Samsung galaxy s20 is an excellent phone with outstanding battery life!! The only downside is the high price tag for the s20 plus

I had been watching for this phone to go down in price and Best Buy had a great deal. I had a Samsung S10 plus and was ready to upgrade only because my husband's phone was giving him problems. I always take more current phone and pass my phone to him. This phone is very comfortable to handle, not much different than the 10 but it is alot faster in processing. Haven't used camera alot yet, but I expect it will be better. But this phone was definitely worth the purchase. So far extremely happy with it

Love the phone. Had the S7 for many years before this, and it was nice to upgrade. Screen is great and the phone runs fast.

the cloud blue is beautiful the processor and all about is awesome the pictures it takes wow.

Runs my apps much better than the S9+. Camera looks good but I haven't had an opportunity to play with it yet. Screen is great.

This product was purchased for my wife and she is completely satisfied with it. We considered the Note product line, but she felt confident that she did not like the S-Pen. I could ramble over all the features and how good everything is, but that is simply what you would expect with a new flagship line of phones from Samsung. We upgraded from the 9+ series. The only disappointment was the lack of an included heartrate monitor and Ox sensor, especially given the era of COVID.
