Love samsung products battery life is solid and camera is top notch

I really was worried about the size going from an S9, but no worries. I really enjoy the large screen and quickness of the phone

So far, I love this phone. I read various articles and reviews of the Samsung and iPhones currently available and I agonized over which phone to buy. For me, this phone was the right choice. It was a bit scary to have to transfer my old phone data, etc. to the new phone myself, but there was an app which helped with the set up. I still would have preferred to have people at the store help with this, but it was manageable. The camera is everything I had hoped it would be!

I've owned many Samsung phones and this one definitely doesn't disappoint. User friendly, great features and excellent camera.

I have had this phone for about a month and still finding new things it can do. It was an upgrade from my Droid Turbo so getting used to Samsung properties is taking a bit. I like the phone, but I don't love it yet. I thought the camera was supposed to be amazing, but it is just OK. The Smart Lock function does not stay activated at home. The battery is good and can last for 2 or 3 days. I only had 32 Gb of storage on the old phone, but now for some reason 49 Gb of my 128 is already used up. I keep my phones for a long time, so I went with a 5G phone for the future, even though we don't have it yet. It is a nice phone, just glad I got it on sale.

I have used Samsung phones for many years and this one is the best of all. Best Buy had a price that I couldn't resist compared to what Verizon was asking. And another thing was that I could activate on-line and save the hassle of going to Verizon. They added a few more features from my S8, so I had to download the manual to figure out the quirks in it. No problem, I love It!

Best Buy always provides excellent trade in values for upgrades! Samsung galaxy s20+ has a fantastic camera and screen, slightly more comfortable to hold than my previous s10+. Highly recommend!
