A little funky getting used to the Galaxy over the Moto Turbos and such I've had in past, but their replacement units have gone down hill in my estimation, so looked to the S20. After getting used to the Samsung design and architecture, I've been happy. Don't care for the sensitivity of the screen, either in the issues with it being temperamental as to when it will read my finger print or not .. or with a really sensitive touch for functions, but overall it is a great phone. Has a fantastic camera and getting exceptional 8x10's from it is great! It is also relatively durable, like the Motos, but don't take that as reason throw it around! My phones always run in an Otter Box for good reason! If we hadn't gotten the 'deal' for the phones when we did, may not have had it! I would never pay full price for it!

upgraded from an S9 Plus. Phone is faster, great display and pretty good battery life. The new features on the camera are great. Especially for someone like me who is horrible at taking pictures.

I love love love this phone. I upgraded from a Note 8. I mainly use it for photos and surfing the internet so I couldn't be happier with the performance. Overall if you love using your phone for media and appreciate ease of use ... this is your phone.

So far it has worked great! Very fast and the screen is awesome! The camera is really impressive! Pictures come out beautiful. And I love how you can zoom in on the photo you have taken and it remains clear and in focus the whole way!! Great phone.

Excellent phone. Battery is definitely better and the camera features are amazing. Only slight issue is fingerprint log in is sensitive and I sometimes have to press it multiple times to get it to work. Still giving it a 5 because it's worth it.

I had to replace my Note 5 after many years due to battery issues. I went with the Galaxy S20+ 5G mainly because it had the best deal at the time. The phone is excellent super fast, lots of memory with the ability to expand. Camera is awesome.

replaced an S7 with this phone that was getting worn out. Screen size is better for me. Battery life is satisfactory for my usage. I can't review the 5G on the phone as I do not live where it is. This phone meets all my expectations.

The only significant issue was the first phone bought would not charge and was replaced the next day. Very fast, great screen. Best Buy at the time had $550 off so fantastic deal. Reviews are solid. No 5G where I am at yet so cannot test it.

Traded up from the 8+. This is the current version of that phone. Amazing camera. The Single Take function is a great innovation. Battery stays charged for a full day and I'm a pretty heavy user. In-car pickup and setup at the store was easy.

I love this phone simply because it's essentially the same as the s8 plus but .50 bigger. Also love the refresh rate when I watch TV. Such a huge upgrade for entertainment purposes.

I had galaxy for several years now and before this I had galaxy s9- I wanted a big screen phone and this was a perfect choice for me. Best buy also had a great offer to have this phone and it was all worth it for me. camera is awesome!

Not a bad phone. I was still using my galaxy note 8. A great phone to this day. But it was showing its age. After suffering multiple drops onto the cobble stone streets of europe, yes im clumsy, the cost of fixing thr screen cost more rhan the phone was worth. Samsungs s10 line was mediocre at best, and the s20 line is an extension of that. The 'regular' s20 is an absolute waste of money due to its lack of storage expansion, inferior processor, and just all around recycled parts from the last 5 generations of galaxy devices. The note series, which was always my favorite, has unfortunately fallen into the same fate with the regular model being an expensive dumbed down phone, and the 'nice' one being ridiculously overpriced. The s20* is not worth $1000. I wouldn't even say its worth $800. Its an ok phone. Samsung has stopped innovating and has started over pricing recylced products. Now your probably asking me 'why not get another phone mr grumpy?' Verizon doesnt give you many choices. There are amazing phones coming out by xiami, sony, blu, and even nokia and huawei which verizon will not let you use on their network. Also, verizons 5g service is an absolute joke.

We got this phone for my husband. He jumped from an S4 to the S20 5G. He loves the camera. The clarity And colors of the photos is amazing. He loves the emojis and the size is perfect. He keeps looking for more features on it to play with.

I hate changing phones, but this one was worth it. Best phone camera so far. Crisp, bright display. No lock up issues so far. Also, Best Buy transfers all your photos and data free.

It had been a while since I got my last Samsung (8) and it was time for a replacement. I have been very happy since my first several years ago. I have yet to figure out all the new stuff on this phone, but I love the camera and all my previous apps work seemlessly. I must try something that uses the 5G capabilities. I especially like the larger size.

I have never seen such clarity in any other camera on any of my previous cell phones. I love the speed which my S20+ gives too! A had a Note 4 for almost 6 years. I thought it was my best phone ever. This one is superior in every way!

I upgraded from the Galaxy S8+ about one month ago. I am still learning the the S20+. I really like the camera quality of the Galaxy S20+. The quality of the sound from the speakers is great. The phone has great processing speed.

I previously had an S7, this is a much needed upgrade. It is so light, although it's pretty big. I really like the cameras and it's super fast!

Amazing phone, 5G is excellent, the screen is great quality and the sound is top notch. The camera quality is out of this world, crystal clear pics on both ends Will definitely recommend this phone to everyone.
