Signal problems from day one
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am disappointed in this phone. Often, people can't hear me on it. I turned off the 5G, hoping that would help but it doesn't. Also, the GPS doesn't work so I can't track steps or use Google Maps. The map feature I would consider one of the top 5 things I use my phone for. Even on the rare occasion it shows me directions, it loses the signal in the middle of the route, so I don't know where I am. I honestly just gave up trying to get it fixed because I cannot be without my phone for the 14 days it would take to mail it in (it is my business phone) because apparently this is a warranty problem, not a repair problem. I love Samsung and would never go to Apple buy my husband is seriously considering it now, given all the problems I have had. Camera is nice but I don't think it is that much better than my S10.
