Great phone touch screen doesn't work at times

This phone is too big!

Somehow I ended up with the S20+ without asking for it, which adds an additional cost to my monthly bill. I didn't realize all of this until later. My intention was to return it but in the midst of all the coronavirus hype, I've been trying to stay home and away from everyone as much as possible. I personally don't like the phone because it's too big for me, but I haven't found anything else wrong with it.
