Waste of time, energy + loss of dignity

I drove two hours for a round trip to pick it up from the store that had it in stock. Once I got home and opened the box, I noticed that the charger and headphone were missing. BestBuy defines an excellent condition to include everything original with no accessory missing. So obviously a waste of time and energy!!! Besides that, while I returned it to the store, the General Manager with a grumpy face gave me the feeling like I had stolen the charger and headphone. Unfortunately, in a situation like this, there is no way to prove yourself right, as it was already an open box and they can think you are lying because you can't claim such a thing for a brand new item.
