My iphone X died, and I needed a new phone ASAP. I didn't want to get another iphone since it's literally a month away from a new launch, so I decided to go with Android. I'm glad I did. I love this phone. It's integration and customizations are amazing. I also love the color (which is why I didn't buy the note or ultra).

I upgraded from a Note5. This phone is amazing. You know when you use software at work and you say "why didn't they do it this way!?" On this phone they anticipated how you would use it. It's thoughtfully designed. I keep discovering new functionality. I thought the price was nuts, but now that I have it. No second thoughts

So many great features. Amazing camera, tons of storage space. Battery last all day.

very fast, and charges even faster. Although it should be consider how expensive it is. Aura blue is by far the best color

Coming from a Pixel XL (1st gen), my expectations were quite high. And for the most part, this phone has met or exceeded those expectations. The UI has been improved significantly from the old mess that was TouchWiz and streamlined massively. Battery is amazing, I only have to charge once in nearly two days (even while heavily using Youtube and social media in addition to leaving the device on at night). The price is a bit high, and I would only suggest upgrading if the need is dire or you have the money to buy the phone anyway.

Almost 2 years later and I'm still in love with it. I ended up sticking with the manufacturer's screen cover that came on it, even though I had already purchased others, not knowing it came with one. It's still perfectly stuck to the screen with a few surface scratches. The phone is fast, holds a lot of memory, and I love the iridescent soft blue on the back.

I love the size of the display. Phone works great and is super fast operating system. Great color choices.

The phone is big amd it has good lasting battery. You can take great pictures with it. The quality is good

I was an iPhone user for several years and decided to try this out. So many more options on this phone compared to the iPhone. Not disappointed in my purchase. The battery last quit awhile and love the wireless charging.

I needed a new phone badly before my vacation. My current phone was Acting terribly So I had to Find a new phone fast. My boss at work uses Samsung phones and I suggested that I get one. I looked at the most recent Samsung phone which is this so that's when I got the Samsung S20 plus. I'm very content with this purchase and recommend it to anyone else.

It's an awesome phone and almost worth the high price tag. The s21 is coming soon but if you can get a good deal on this one buy it. The Aura Blue is by far the best color. I have a clear case jst to show it off. The regular Samsung colors are kind of bland. At 1st I tried to order from Samsung but it was a two month NIGHTMARE. I'd never ever deal with Samsung directly again.

I love my new phone. Battery life is much better and the camera is excellent.

I am always nervous to purchase a new phone because they are so expensive and new models come out nonstop and make your new phone out of date almost instantly. I have enjoyed this phone though. I like the camera, but find you still have to be a decent photographer to get nice pictures (lighting etc make a tremendous difference). Overall recommend.

I bought this to replace my s9+. It's fairly fast and a decent device. The camera is amazing, it's my favorite feature. And I am happy to say that I have 5G connections available in my area. So download while they could be better are upwards of 300mbps. I still don't believe the phone should be this expensive but I guess that's where all these devices are at in terms of price.

Like the way the Samsung interfaces with the Microsoft operating systems as my Apple cohorts have problems from time to time....especially with Calendar. My Samsung 7 lasted over 4 years which is unusual for a battery to last this long. It has made me a believer in Samsung phones and the picture taking is amazing even though my driver for buying was for business.

love this phone, i use to have the S10 and have to be honest tis one comes with better camera and the 120hz is a must a nd make a huge deference, i been a Samsung fan for years and last couple years Samsung start to have better quality than before since they use to have plastic all around for a premium phone and that is a shame now they change,,, good Job Samsung

Awesome device!! Unfortunately after a couple drops (even with a protective case) the phone suddenly won't connect to the network I use. After having the device inspected I was informed one of the contact points for the SIM card reader had become disconnected from the motherboard. Noe I have no service. So much for a case doing what it claims...

Great phone with great camera. Easy to use. Lots of storage space.
