Switching from S10+ to S20+ was a great upgrade. The S10+ was good, but seeing how the S20+ had improvements to the camera and processing power, it was a good upgrade considering I am a techy person that looks at the phone from its hardware.

Great phone! Takes awesome pictures!! I've gotten it we a couple of times and no issues!!! it works great!!! Have been using it for almost a year now and I have no complaints about it!! I'm in love with my Samsung Galaxy S20+

Been a great phone! Easy to use nice clear bright screen and good audio. Battery life has been great and the camera takes terrific shots and videos. Happy camper here!

The phone is superb if you are an Android fan. The only drawback is that you need to get a SIM card as I was not able to reuse one from my prior S8. Once activated with some online assistance this thing is top notch and has a great camera.

Very good phone. The camera is good. The in screen Touch ID is not very sensitive. The Face ID is not very fast. Could be better with future OS. 120hz screen feels extremely well. A very big difference from old iPhones.

This was a gift to me from my husband. I can't believe how many features it has. The camera is my best ofcourse lol....the single take is my best camera feature too. I love my phone. I did add some insurance on it, just incase

This is a great phone . Love the high quality pictures that I get from this phone. The only thing is that I tough I bought it new When I got home and opened the box I notice the phone was a bit dusty with its unusual phone looked in great shape though no scratches. Than I was about to install my screenprotector that I got in the mail and realized that it had a screenprotector already installed. Seems they sold me a pre-owned cellphone wich I was not aware of. Very disappointing from bestbuy. I've had no time to contact bestbuy to complain.

I waited to purchase this phone through this pandemic, finally got an appointment and I got the S20+, it was good until I tried to pair it with my verizon voicemail and ringtones. Verizon advised me that Verizon apps are loaded in their proprietary phones, not the unlocked ones, lesson learned The phone itself is very good, great camera and I can't wait for 5G if we get it

Bought this as a gift, replacing a Galaxy S9. The Phone is fast, bigger screen, which is beautiful. All around great upgrade & the recipient is quite happy! Glad I made this purchase Samsung & Best Buy didn't disappoint!

This is the first phone I have ever used that I was able to read in the sunlight! Easy to read when traveling and I use it as my GPS also. My picture quality is so good my husband asked if I had my pictures enhanced!

Love the screen size and display! Camera works beautifully with all kinds of different functions. Glad I got 20+ instead of the Ultra, because this phone is large enough

This phone is smooth , fast and big screen. I had a Samsung 9 before that I had a Samsung 7. To me the 9 and 7 didn't look different . It look the same but when I got the 20 oh huge difference especially the camera.

really is a great phone that takes awesome photos. I do suggest getting a screen protector as the glass screen scratches. I just had the I hone in my pocket with my keys and it scratch the screen up pretty good

Recently purchased this to replace a Samsung Note. The screen is a perfect size and has gorgeous resolution. I first contemplated switching to an I phone but this is so much thinner and lighter...easily carried in a pants pocket. Unfortunately, 5g is not yet available in the City of Kingston due to, as of yet, unsubstantiated fears ... so I can not fairly comment on its advertised speed. Most significantly, the Best Buy rep. was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. This has been the norm for the Kingston store. I am truly sorry to see it close.

I love my new s20+ , I upgraded from a s9+ and I must say everything about this phone is awesome. I wish I could of found a another color but they were currently out of it at the time.

The phone is great! I love how it works and how it chrges real quick. THE only thing i did not like is that to use regular earphones is not possible they tried to copy Iphones

As a blogger I love the phone because the camera is great for both pix and videos. But it seems that i have a little problem with the wifi and rotation that always turn on by themselves.

I absolutely love this phone! The camera goes above my expectations. I bought this phone to work with my android auto set up for my vehicle. I'd recommend this phone to anyone!
