    For as expensive as this phone is, it sure is garbage. For starters, it doesn't support visual voicemails. You have to call in to a number an listen to all the prompts like it was 1997. Next it constantly has to restart itself when driving and changing between networks. Everything it does that it resets to all the factory default apps. That means having to go in a change the browser app each time. The camera is good though. The rest of the phone is poorly designed garbage.

    Fatal security flaws!!!

    I couldn't get passed the terrible in-display fingerprint sensor, which was worse than terrible. Couple that with the face unlock, that I couldn't get to work but 50% of the time, I was out. Should never overlook those little security features! It makes for buying a $1000 phone a terrible experience. I guess Samsung doesn't listen to their customers. These are known, previous issues. Maybe these things will be addressed in a future software update, which begs the question ... what else on this phone wasn't ready for release? Returned.

    Nice product as operative system like a tablet but very bad signal power , battery just a day with normal use, would riase more.

    I bought it as an upgrade from S9, just to discover it has few features like biometric sensing for pulse rate and oxygen level removed.

    I cant comment on my new Samsung Galaxy S20 yet... it is not yet working. The representative that i spoke to in deciding to purchase the phone gave me inaccurate information. 1. The representative made clear to me that activating this unlocked phone on my Verizon account needed only that i take the sim card from my old phone and put it in my new phone. I VERY SPECFICALLY let him know that i was upgrading from a Galaxy S5. He told me it should work. The Sim card from the S5 does not fit in the sim card slot of the S20. The Best buy rep was... a) uninformed b) dishonest (wanted me to just buy the phone) c) not paying attention Take your pick... in the end I am just now ordering a new sim card from verizon, which he told me i would not need. 2. Samsung Smart Switch - I asked the rep if the phone included a [Samsung OTG Micro - USB to USB Adapter]. He said clearly that YES... it is included... Alas... NO... it is NOT included. will update my review when (if?) i succeed in securing a new sim card and make my first successful phone call.

    So I bought this open box. Can't tell you how the phone is because they sent it with someone else's Google account on it so it's useless! This is how the "geek squad” thouroghly examines the merchandise for resale. On top of that Best Buy tried to charge me a restocking fee! 1.5 hours on the phone to get that refunded. Beware of Best Buy open box items

    I'd give this phone a 0 star if that was an option. It frequently overheats, freezes and the charging port no longer works and ive only had the phone for 10 months its a wast of money and time.

    infuriating to put it mildly. Can't hold and operate with one hand. Falls over and out of hand because its too top heavy. The case is busted from multiple falls. Can't reach fingers to top of screen to operate (and I have long fingers) keyboard does not pick up accurately or auto correct obvious mispells or space bar. Camera is no better than the last model. This is important because that was the big selling point. Was told a had 150 Samsung credit to purchase accessories, however, the app refused my receipt and best buy said "they couldn't help me with that" so I have no case. You can't accurately touch anything along edge without it jumping pages. You must use two hands and even then it picks up fingers along edge and jumps pages. The voice texting is never accurate. I'm going to blast this complaint everywhere and anywhere I can. If we weren't in quarantine I would be physically standing at best buy protesting customers not to buy this phone!

    I decided to upgrade from my Note 8 to the S20. Big mistake. Some of the things I don't like are just simple differences in the model, but my biggest issue is this thing will not stay connected to my wifi no matter what. I constantly have to restart my phone and even then it's iffy, plus the chrome browser constantly freezes and i have to restart it. Not sure if thats a data or wifi issue or phone issue, but its really annoying. I recently got a brand new modem/router and have zero connectivity issues with any other device in my home. Doesn't matter how close or far I am to the modem. I've tried to reset the system and it connected for all of 30 seconds. I'm so angry I spent so much money on this phone for it to be so awful.

    While the phone would have been useful, and a replacement for a soon-to-be-outdated ordinary phone, the IMID was not registering at the cell phone company, so it couldn't be activated. The phone was retuned to the store and a refund was received.

    Bestbuy has closed its stores and they are telling me to wait until they open the store. Sine I purchased Geeksquad protection plan, they also explain me that they will repair and i have to drop-off the phone during which time i have to wait approx 1 week until they fix it with Geek Squad. i cant imagine who would design a process to drop off, without phone for 1 week. I will not buy cellphones from Bestbuy, their return process is too old and out of touch.

    Apparently Samsung doesn't understand that we depend on our phones to start our day. After the recent update the clock app continues to turn off my alarm. Now I'm wondering what other weird bugs they are going to cause.

    The S20 was never used. Impossible to find a good glass protective shield due to its curved face. Returned the product and will wait for the S21 which the rumors have it to be with a flat screen.
