Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Galaxy S20's camera, battery life, display, speed, size, price, performance, and unlocked feature. They appreciate the improved camera quality, long battery life, large and immersive display, fast performance, and the fact that it is unlocked from Samsung. However, some customers are negative about its expensiveness, the removal of the headphone jack, overheating issues, unreliable 5G connectivity, and fragility.

Too Many Issues! Galaxy S20 is Terrible!

Samsung Galaxy S20 is the worst Galaxy I have ever had. My older Galaxy Note 9 works much better. Third party apps do not work on the S20, there are issues with reception, data fails, not being able to add attachment to any email from any provider, sudden battery drains, online platforms for my job that work well on the Galaxy Note 9 do not with the Galaxy S20. It was so expensive, but it's crap. Even the camera that peomised to be outstanding, is better on the Galaxy Note 9.

Less reliable that it should it be.

I bought a S20 from Boost mobile but they have locked their reviews down to private reviewers so I will leave a review here instead. The phone works, but it breaks every time it updates. If you need a reliable phone for work or anything else I recommend looking else where. The updates are also forced so you don't have the option of updating when it is convenient to you. Twice I have had my phone force an update and stop working. I had had to contact technical support with no help at all. I have been left going to google to have to figure out how to fix this phone myself after forced updates.

    Sorry Samsung

I used to buy Samsung phones, switched to Pixels, and was ready to switch back to the S20 5G. Sorry Samsung, but I give Best Buy 1 star (I would give zero if I could). I bought this phone 4 times on the Best Buy website (literally 4 times using my Best Buy credit card and Best Buy rewards account), only to have Best Buy cancel the order each time. I would love to have this phone but apparently they don't want to sell it to me. I guess I'll have to cancel my credit card and rewards accounts since they don't seem to want my money or to sell your phones.

went in to buy and changed my mind and went with something else. reasons? 1) only 128gb? not nearly enough. power users need 256-512gb 2) no flat screen like last year. curvved screens have too many cons 3) in screen finger printer sucks, the physical reader on the s10e is so much better 3 big deal breakers i'll stick with my s10e
