Salesman was very knowledgeable when helping me pick out a new phone. I am not very Tech Savy but needed a new phone due to battery wearing down. My Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is great - not alot of things are different on this phone - so I was up and running as soon as I purchased it.

I love this device easy for my 54 year old mom to use.

I love this phone and the in-store Best Buy customer service was fabulous. The salespeople transferred everything from my old phone to the S20 and were so patient in instructing me in its use.

So far I have been very happy with this phone. I did not need a super phone with a lot of stuff so this phone suits me just fine. I still have a bit of getting used to some differences from my older phone, but it's not hard to do.

Bought this phone when it was on sale. Chose it over the S21 due to it having SD card slot and comparable specs otherwise. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend this phone to anyone.

Very nice phone that supports hdmi and Dex. Especially for the price. Great 5g signal out in the country. iPhone seems to pick lte instead of 5g.

Came in to buy a TV. The person at the door asked if I needed help finding anything. Said no. Found the TV I wanted. My son-in-law was with me and carried it to checkout. Paid for it and we carried it out. All was good.

Great new phone and many color options. Is hard to find case as phone is new to market. Wish that Otterbox had a Defendrr series case for this phone. Great Samsung product!

Samsung products are great. This device has done everything I can ask for. The only con is that many accessories are not made for the FE (Fan Edition) version.

This phone is the best phone you can buy for the money right now. I went from a Note 9 to this, and this phone is a fair bit better than the Note 9.

After a few bumps the phone seems working as should. For my needs more than enough.

This was my first upgrade of a phone and that was awesome. I got really used to the ease of this phone.
