Very sleek and modern, easy to navigate. Love the color blue

While I couldn't get the color I wanted, mint green, I still love this phone A LOT! Traded in my note 9 since I rarely used the stylus and didn't want to pay an insane amount of money on a new phone, but this had a great sale on black Friday and I couldn't resist.

I ordered 3 new cell phones. I had to place 3 different orders. I could not order all 3 on the same transaction. One came in one day. The second the next day. And the third 2 weeks later. I called 3 days in a row for the third one. All representatives were nice enough. But could not tell me were or why the phone was late.

Great phone for the price, would recommend to phone.

Got this for my mother since she was previously with an S6 so she needed a new phone and she loves the color & update features to her

Phone is just like it's more expensive sibling. There are minimal differences but unless you're a workaholic on your phone, you probably won't even notice. Really enjoying this phone.

I really like my phone. I am originally an iPhone user so it was a hard decision. The transition has been easy. I love that I can personalize everything. For the price it's a great device. Haven't regretted the switch so far.

I was long overdue for an upgrade of my phone, and Best Buy always comes through with great deals and selections. The staff is always attentive, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to help you. Love my new phone!

LOVE the picture quality. the size of the device is a little too big for my liking, though.

I have no problems with the phone itself just the lack of decent cases for it at my best buy. Took three weeks for a third party case to arrive, but the camera glass got cracked in that time.

Taking a little time to get used to the phone. Slightly different than old one which I used slightly. Needed a new one as out of town attorney and others may need to get ahold of me.

It's a great phone. Intuitive and familiar as you would expect from a Samsung purchase. I was expecting it to be much bigger than it actually was, its a good size and weight ratio.

Upgraded to this phone a couple of months ago. Has been operating perfectly. Very satisfied with purchase. Excellent support making purchase from Best Buy Menifee, CA store.

Nice phone, high price. I get occasional dropped calls, but it could be because of my location, I've not had it long enough to know why it happens occasionally. I would recommend it.

The phone has a mind of it's own. We Had our previous phones information smart switched to this phone and by the next morning this phone had deleted every thing we had transferred to it. In the place of our items the phone had downloaded many apps that we had no interest in. We don't gamble or game. Most of the replacement apps were those type of apps. I am still as of today (04/02/2021) trying to get our information back on to this phone, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G.

The phone was priced right and worked very well right after buying it. About 1.5 yrs later, I'm noticing the phone is slower and not working like it did when new.

I do not know why it is so difficult for me to operate an android cellphone vs an IPhone. I literally wanted to throw it out the window. Bottom line is I just think the IPhone is much more user friendly!
