Waited at the designated outside pickup for approximately 30 minutes...finally went inside. I don't believe anyone was aware of the pickup protocol. All told, it took about 90 minutes to swap phones and load Sprint setup. Just don't believe everyone is in sync.

Big mistake. I pass the 14 day grace period, and could not return it. It's a glitch in this phone and I'm stuck with it.

However, after only a few short months of light use it is less than ideal. Even with a case my screen and camera lense are cracked. Despite never getting the device wet; the charging port quit working. My phone was (terribly) produced during the Pandemic. The components must have been factory rejects, but the "unprecedented times" forced Samsung to turn a blind eye to quality sourcing.
