I bought this product back at the end of 2021. Could not even use it for 1.5 years. Even warranty covered just for a year.

Absolutely would never buy Samsung again after the experience that I had. The device was purchased in October and it had to be repaired in December. the phone was fairly good for most of its time until it had the extreme bad incident with overheating almost burning my fingertips not functioning and doing correctly. Samsung warranty is completely terrible it was extremely difficult getting the device repaired and still was never repaired properly. Personally I think this phone is an overhyped expensive Samsung Galaxy a71 5G similar camera performance seems similar screens a lot of similarities to the device. The phone did have decent connectivity decent cameras etc but really not worth the money, I would highly not recommend Samsung due to the warranty not being good.

This phone was a piece of crap. Just watching YouTube videos the phone started buffering and I was wondering why so I was running speed test on Wi-Fi and ended up getting about 8 to 10 MB download so I was wondering what the issue was. Turns out the phone is overheating and I had to restart it and let it cool down and after I did that I was able to get 800 MB on Wi-Fi so I kept testing cuz I was wondering what the problem was it took me a couple days to figure out it's the phone overheating and causing this.

This phone is my last straw with Samsung.....and I'm a twenty year uninterrupted Samsung purchaser & user. Before getting the Samsung Galaxy FE, I had bought,but immediately returned a Google Pixel. My bad. The FE "feature " has been an uninterrupted battle between Bixby and Google, with Bixby winning, to my chagrin, & taking away any enjoyment I might have had w/phone. BIXBY/SAM has: totally impaired my previously flawless Autofill; randomly activated, deactivated, added or removed Apps I rely on; somehow mysteriously......I swear UNDER OATH......created a Twittter Account under my name! No Mas, Samsung.

Touchscreen sampling is screwed up. Swipes are taps and taps are double taps. Software updates and touch sensitive changes didn't help (Samsung's fix). GO READ THE FORUMS! Tons of these phones aren't registering touches correctly. Nothing Samsung suggested helped, and they're not willing to fix it. Rushed product, bad customer service by Samsung. DO NOT BUY!!!

The galaxy S20FE is a horrible product. I just opened this phone yesterday and it's already not working. First Chrome and Android System Webview will not update. I updated the system, restarted the phone, nothing works.  2nd this phone is NOT using 120hrz, it's not even 60hrz. I compared it to my galaxy A50 and it is much slower. Last, Samsung has horrible support. I contacted an agent today and they refused to assist me in any way. They only said return the product, now I have to pay a restock fee for a defective item

The product is fast and modern, but it is also cheaply built. If anything happens to it, be prepared to deal with Samsung "support". Possible this is the worst Samsung product I've owned, and that's a lot.

I hate this phone i was forced to buy it due to the fact that they don't cover unlocked phones wich i purchased a week or two prior. You see i broke that phone and best buy said lol. Don't buy phones from best buy they are like any other fly buy night phone store!

Worst Samsung Galaxy series phone ever!!! When using the android auto app in my car it always loses GPS signal and randomly disconnects from the car from android auto app. Overheats when wireless charging in my car.

Be careful when purchasing this phone as Best Buy sales two variants of it. One variant has a microSD slot for expandable memory and the other has a dual SIM card tray. Before I walked out of the store with this phone, I specifically asked the guy behind the counter if this was the unit with the microSD slot. He didn't know. One could argue that they should know this information since they are selling you the product. But any ways, he couldn't find the answer online so he actually opened up the box and checked. He assured me that it did. Imagine my surprise when I got home and discovered that it didn't. Even with my old eyes I could clearly see that the tray said Dual SIM And of course this happened after the store had closed. I was fuming. I have stopped shopping at that particular location. I am lucky enough to have another store close by. One that actually knows about the phones they are selling.

Avoid this phone like the plague; Samsung should be ashamed of themselves. Google this phone and you will see a ton of results from other users experiencing known issues that go unresolved. I should have done a better job of vetting this phone but silly me, trusting a Samsung flagship phone. A ton of issues from consistent bluetooth dropping or inability to connect, to poor internet connection, and lock screen freezing and being unresponsive to touch and button presses. This is super frustrating as this phone was purchased to replace a Galaxy S9 and I would have been better off with the older model.

On Android 11/12 it constantly auto-reboots to update the software even if you say not to. I would not care but Samsung is slowly removing features. The alarm clock does not always work after an update and the headphone volume frequently resets to a low level which does not work well with my car stereo. Can not recommend to new users as there is no easy way to downgrade. I'll stay on Android 10 with my hole punch camera cropped out until the phone stops working.

I bought this phone a month back but when someone is calling its going to voice-mail directly. I think the phone has some issue. My mobile network is very good but its problem with the phone.

my husband hated the phone its camera has a lot of issues iPhones are just so much better honestly and I finally got him to switch no lag no freezing up very cheap made phone its one of the worst android phones I have seen litterally paid so much money for it he ended up selling it for like a quarter of what he paid for it

I didn't really like this phone, but it was the only one I could afford. I didn't have it very long and wanted to return it, but refund option was not available very long. I wonder why?

This phone SUCKS! I've had it less than a year and it has frozen up twice. I've sent it to Samsung for repairs and it has horrible service connection. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

had my phone less then ten months. sent phone in to samsung for warranty. they said the mother borad is bad. i need to pay 366.00 to fix it.

3 days old, the camera glass cracked. Poor design. Best buy says it is my problem. Samsung says it is my problem , there is no design problems with this phone, what a crock. Do not buy one

Phone was not what I expected for the cost, It was hard to turn on and off, I have since trade it in for and iPhone, I would not purchase this phone.

Slow not too fast . Fe version I don’t recommend this.
