I purchased this phone as a gift for my dad I am personally a iPhone user. He really liked the phone. I purchased the unlocked version so he cool use any service provider he likes. That was a great decision

This phone is great. I switched from iPhone to the Google Pixel 5 but it was significantly under powered. I returned that phone and grabbed this one and I am so happy that I did. It is snappy and solid. It performs all of my demands without delay and the build quality is great.

I got this for my mom a couple years ago and it still works perfectly fine. I'm able to video chat with her maybe they feel her a lot clearly and she has not had any issues that requires technical assistance.

Well of course I wanted the new 21 but really couldn't afford it so the young lady working showed me this phone I'm like......."Well what is the difference between this one and the 21"? So she started without hesitation she started and Well obviously i was convinced.

LOOOOVEEE SAMSUNG phones. I cant justify buy a $1000+ phone for a non-techie. This phone is a perfect solution to give a android person the power and capabilities of a Note without out the not needed features. GREAT processor, storage and feature, for a affordable price!!

Bought this for a gift and it did not disappoint! Great phone and nice size screen, if you are looking for pocket size phones though this one is on the larger size but perfect for someone need the larger size screen for vision issues

I've had this phone a month and so far, I like it. I am having a bit of trouble connecting to my Acura voice system but I think that's the car and not the phone. I've had other Galaxy models and this is just as good as the older ones.

This phone is my last straw with Samsung.....and I'm a twenty year uninterrupted Samsung purchaser & user. Before getting the Samsung Galaxy FE, I had bought,but immediately returned a Google Pixel. My bad. The FE "feature " has been an uninterrupted battle between Bixby and Google, with Bixby winning, to my chagrin, & taking away any enjoyment I might have had w/phone. BIXBY/SAM has: totally impaired my previously flawless Autofill; randomly activated, deactivated, added or removed Apps I rely on; somehow mysteriously......I swear UNDER OATH......created a Twittter Account under my name! No Mas, Samsung.

I have had this phone for almost a week and no issues so far. The setup was pretty easy. I just had to get a new SIM card from my phone carrier. I also had to install the visual voicemail app for my phone carrier. After that, all seems to be working as expected.

I got this for the expandable memory, 120hz refresh screen for gaming and the 5g. Hits all the sweet spots for me at a reasonable price. If you aren't a power user, this phone is a great purchase.

Because of chip shortage was hard to find phones. I have verizon and verizon store didnt have s20 fe and they told me to buy unlocked one at best buy. Was very very happy with service in store as they set up phone for me.

This phone was a piece of crap. Just watching YouTube videos the phone started buffering and I was wondering why so I was running speed test on Wi-Fi and ended up getting about 8 to 10 MB download so I was wondering what the issue was. Turns out the phone is overheating and I had to restart it and let it cool down and after I did that I was able to get 800 MB on Wi-Fi so I kept testing cuz I was wondering what the problem was it took me a couple days to figure out it's the phone overheating and causing this.

This phone was a sleeper hit for me I got it just to try it out but the Samsung dex is amazing. Your carrying a mini desktop in your pocket. The 5g is awesome too. The battery still drained a little to fast for me.

Good affordable price. Excellent quality expected from Samsung. Excellent camera and Telephoto 30X. Fast 5G data process. 120Hz, Stereo speakers, Super Amoled Screen, Water proof, wireless charge, super quick charger. All that for only $600 is a steal!

Sleek, gorgeous, awesome display screen, great camera. Phone sometimes locks up and has to be restarted, has hard time connecting to wifi sometimes when outside of the home.

Nice phone. !! A lot better than my last, which in fact was my first, guess the old smartphone was ok for the first one... :-) but this one is a lot better. :-)

Definitely better than our old Galaxy which was slowing down and overheating. Have had this for several months now and am very happy with its performance and reliability

I bought this phone for my wife. Bestbuy had the best price at the time. My wife had a Samsung 7 so it was time for an upgrade. She loves the phone and all the features. The best buy service guy was very helpful in setting it up for her.

So far really like the phone I wish I knew how to use it all and they would a book in it to tell me how to use it but otherwise it's very nice

I'm having trouble connecting/activating it so far, but that is probably due to internet/wifi outages in the area where I live. Looks like it will work fine once the outages are resolved. It's got a much larger screen than the old phone.
