I just got this phone yesterday, but I am very pleased to be back with a Samsung. It was very easy to set up and just as easy to use. Picture quality is great and I've had no problems at all.

The phone is good for the price but not if you own a s9 already. The battery is really bad too would barely last a day in my pocket. (Should be noted it was open box)

The design and quality is good, sound is very loud and clear, screen is bright enough in daytime, very easy to use, tried on all carriers, all accepted.

Suprised at how great this cheaper version of the 20 operates. My s10 stopped recognizing sim cards and I upgraded to this one and I'm not looking back. Quick and the 120 hz refresh rate .akes everything silky smooth.

This phone comes as exactly it said it would. It offers all the high end perks of having a flagship model without the steep price. I am not disappointed with anything this phone offers.

Upgraded from the S7 so it was a big upgrade. Sometimes the keypad doesn't work & you have to try to get the phone turned off & back on which would be my only complaint. Other than that great phone.

I just entered into the SmartPhone world. I am retired and have been using a dumb cell phone. My husband researched all phones and decided this was the right one for me. Now he wants one for himself.

I love this phone. Definite improved features from the previous Galaxy models. My favorite features are the unlock for security and tbe dual cameras. The photo quality and capacity of storage are fantastic!

I bought this screen cover for my new phone. I really like that the employee put it on for me. I really like the fact that if it cracks Best Buy will replace it for free, all I have to do is bring it in.

Very good phone for a decent price. More than enough memory and storage and still fast a year later. Daytime pictures are great, but low light pictures could use improvement.

After having issues with Motorola phones, I decided to spend a bit more money on this phone and it was a good decision. In regards to quality and reliability it beats Motorola phones more expensive. Updates reliably received which I can say about Motorola.

While visiting family, my phone completely stopped working and deemed dead. I needed to replace it asap and Best Buy had te better deal and was able to give me a phone the same day. Thanks a bunch!!

This is my back up tel for out of the country trips as some networks in some countries I have visited do not work with Apple. Has worried flawlessly.

Have always had an IPhone. My daughter and son kept telling me how much they liked their Samsung so I brought this one and very happy I did. Has taken some time to get use to it but now really enjoying it.

I've never owned a Samsung before in my life but this was the best upgrade I've had. Its battery life is great and charges really quickly. The camera quality as well is really good.
