This phone has horrible screen issues when charging. Makes me regret getting the phone

Like this phone a lot. 4 years with no problems and battery life was good. Kids convinced me to switch to Apple. Pros and cons with that moved. Would consider another Samsung in the future.

I've been a long time apple user and had decided to change it up since Apple removed their fingerprint scanner which was something I really liked even before having to wear a mask aaand they added widgets like it was some revolutionary feature even though android had been doing that for ages. I've made the switch from a XS and it did take a while to get used to the new OS but wow feature rich and super customizable. The fingerprint scanner works great! And the fact that it's integrated in the screen is awesome. The facial recognition works well too. The screen on this thing is good and with the 120hz it is sooo smooth. Camera quality is overall pretty good and I think the portrait mode works a little better than my iPhone. The battery lasts all day! I'll find myself finishing the day off with 40% at moderate usage (texting, social medias, YouTube videos). Storage is fixed at 128gb but you get the benefit of expandable storage which is a huuuge plus. Love samsung for that. The phone backing is really nice for being plastic but I throw a case on all my phones anyway. A shame because the red color is beautiful. Overall a great phone for the money! A really good iPhone alternative especially since I spent over a grand on my last phone... didn't really feel like that was a good value at all. Won't ever do that again.

I didn't really like this phone, but it was the only one I could afford. I didn't have it very long and wanted to return it, but refund option was not available very long. I wonder why?

Did not like returned. My s10 is still a better phone

This phone SUCKS! I've had it less than a year and it has frozen up twice. I've sent it to Samsung for repairs and it has horrible service connection. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

had my phone less then ten months. sent phone in to samsung for warranty. they said the mother borad is bad. i need to pay 366.00 to fix it.

Excellent phone for the price. I've been using it since 11/2020. And it has enough space and RAM to run pretty much most things I need. Overall, would highly recommend.

3 days old, the camera glass cracked. Poor design. Best buy says it is my problem. Samsung says it is my problem , there is no design problems with this phone, what a crock. Do not buy one

Phone was not what I expected for the cost, It was hard to turn on and off, I have since trade it in for and iPhone, I would not purchase this phone.

Slow not too fast . Fe version I don’t recommend this.

Stopped working after 4 months. Put it to sleep and put it in my pocket. Never woke up

At 599, there isn't a phone that is in this league. Upgrading from a galaxy s8, it is an upgrade in every way imaginable. Screen is magnificent, battery life is outstanding, latest processer, excellent cameras, stunning build quality (OEM's should seriously consider stopping the use of glass backs and use these matte polycarbonate backs, it's seriously better and allows for wireless charging and reverse wireless charging) you cannot lose with this device. There aren't any flaws, and it's arguably better than the pixel 5, and a better value than the pixel 4a. Unbelievable device.

Excellent phone works great with att and never had one issue with phone in the 3 years i have had it and battery still holds a charge
