Very good and affordable Has everything not too big just right Battery life its abit fair but needs better battery life

I love this phone Picture is amazing Its very fast Battery life is very good. The sound is very rich with bass The camera is very nice, hd videos and crisp pictures. You have to purchase an adapter ,if you want to use your headphones. Samsung does it again. I like this phone.

Awesome phone til this day just upgraded to the s24 but this is a great backup as well

I bought this phone about 2 weeks ago. I initially loved everything about it but have realized a problem. When the temperature gets to below 30 degrees and my phone gets cold, the speaker starts sounding awful to the point where I can barely hear the people I'm talking to on it as the sound cracks and sounds almost like a blown speaker. Being as I'm usually on the phone outside and it's just the start of winter (we haven't even hit extreme temps yet) this is going to be a problem. Has anyone else experienced this?

Great screen, excellent speakers, good cameras... But I have a fairly deep scratch two days in. My thirteen month old xiaomi mi 9t never had a screen protector and only just now has micro scratches. The glass is garbage.

My S9+ stopped working so gave the S20 FE a try based on price without much research. If the following is of importance then this phone is not a good choice: 1) The blue notification light is gone. Only way to see notifications if you are away from the phone is to unlock the lock screen and check. Really annoying 2)The samsung health app no longer has pulse and an oximeter. Not sure why this was dropped 3) No headphone jack. All bluetooth which is not much of a big deal except I have a bunch of earbuds of no use. 4) The screen timeout still has not been fixed when on a phone call. It just goes dark. This is a hold over from the S9 All in all nothing to rave about hence 3 stars

When my my Galaxy S7 finally decided to die, I read reviews for this phone which was also recommended by a Best Buy associate. The camera was the real selling point. I'm not a gamer or a streamer so my needs are pretty straightforward. The camera may or may not be great. It has been a real challenge to learn how to use it. And all other functions which were so easy to master and use on the S7 are now complicated. Functions are not the least bit intuitive. Samsung online support is useless. They send to to a community "expert." If I had a do-over I would either get the S9 or s10 or give up on Android. Expensive mistake/

I have had this phone for a month now. Overall performance is really good. I like being able to open multiple apps with no lag times. I also, very much, like the camera.

Great product for the hardware specs. It has exactly the same CPU as S20 and S20 plus with 5G capabilities and a much lower price tag. There are very limited and acceptable compromises. Best Buy frequently has it on sale for 599 unlocked, which to me is a very good deal. Have used it for more than 3 months since Nov 2020 without any noticeable issues.

Got this phone (Cloud Navy version) during the Black Friday sale to replace a LG G6. Excellent value, for what I paid for it. Phone is quick, snappy, and call quality is excellent. Sound isn't quite as good as some other flagship phones, Have had a couple of the phantom touch issues, but no biggie. The face/fingerprint/smartlock unlock feature sometimes it takes more than one try to unlock phone. Other that that, its premium phone quality, and would recommend.

I bought the S20 FE to replace my excellent S8, and to be honest I don't think it is an improvement in any way that I would notice, and in fact has a few issues that are step backwards from the S8. The first, and probably most annoying, is the reaction time of the proximity sensor when you are making a phone call. If you move your phone away from your ear even a little bit, and then move it back the phone is so slow to hide the display that you will frequently end up hitting buttons with your ear. I had several instances where I ended calls, or switched to that annoying "text while calling" mode just by touching the screen with my ear. This is even more annoying because of issue #2, the touch screen responsiveness - or more accurately, the lack of. This is most noticeable when using an app, but does even happen sometimes when you are trying to open one. I can't count the number of times that I have had to touch an icon 2 or 3 times to get it to react. #3, and not as big an issue, but still an annoyance, is the fingerprint scanner. With the S8 the scanner was on the back of the phone, and pretty much always read your print on the first try. The S20, not so much; you almost always have to move your finger a couple of time for it to read, and it seems like you have to hold it in place longer too. Other than those things, the phone has worked very well, but again I don't really see much advantage over the S8. All in all, if I had it to do over I would not have bought this phone.

I got this phone through my carrier and I really like everything about it except for the lack of a headphone jack. I had an s10 Plus before this. I do have some Galaxy Buds Plus that work very well under my motorcycle helmet and for while cutting grass or at the gun range. Most other times I prefer to use my wired (expensive ) headphones.

This is a Great upper mid-level phone. I just bought one last week. I bought mine for $399.99, activated it online and had my new phone working the very same evening. It's a good phone at $699.99 but for $399.99 its a steal!
