    Have never been more disappointed with a phone or Best Buy experience honestly. I picked this phone up on 12/5, and it broke down on 12/21, 2 days after Best Buy’s generous 2 week return period. I took it in, they couldn’t do anything, recommended I go to Samsung. It’s well within Samsung’s warranty, but that means you mail it in and are out a phone for a couple weeks of back and forth. They returned the phone to me 1/8, unchanged because their unimpressive troubleshooting couldn’t confirm the problem. I booted it up and it resumed the same behavior I sent it in for. So now I’m in the process of sending it BACK to Samsung a second time. Issue with the phone is that the screen goes black and stays about 70% of the time Lock Screen is activated, totally bricking it. Haptic feedback still works so the phone is responding but the screen is dead until you plug and unplug it from the wall a few times and it snaps back to life. It’s only semi functional as a landline. Have tried booting in safe mode, deleting all non basic apps, resetting all settings to default, nothing fixes the issue, so I’m guessing it’s a hardware/firmware glitch. I’m sure it’s just this unit is a dud because other reviews are super positive and I haven’t seen anyone online with similar complaint, but the whole experience from Best Buy to Samsung to the phone itself’s quality is so disappointing. I have had 2 other previous galaxy’s and loved them. This one has me seriously thinking about switching loyalties to that other brand.

    This screen sadly has a terrible touch screen issue. It will randomly register touches on the screen while scrolling or while doing multi touch gestures. It's incredibly frustrating to have your phone open up random pages while scrolling in an app. This is a known issue that Samsung has failed to address. There is a 27+ page forum thread about this issue on Samsung's support page and a reddit thread with 1000+ comments. Do not make the same mistake I did. This phone has problems. Avoid it.

    This is the worst phone I've ever owned. The screen is extremely week and cracks at the slightest bump. It also doesn't unlock when you want it to. The camera is nice, but other than that I have nothing good to say.

    Took over 3 days to activate the phone correctly, went to Verizon and best buy, no one could figure it out. Finally got the activation problem fixed. Using the phone is fine, but has horrible wifi range as well as mobile data. I have no service where i had 4g with my old lg.

    I'm so disappointed in this thing! What a let down. No led indicator light. The camera is terrible. The battery is a joke. The screen is so sensitive and jumps all over. Who thought to put the volume and the power on the right hand side and invert them???? Do not buy any of the S20 phones. They are rushed junk!!! Miss my S9 so bad. Oh and 5G????? Where i have yet to even see it! Garbage

    Worst phone I ever had. So very impractical and it's a chore to do most things. Battery is terrible, screen blacks out constantly and NO ONE is willing to talk to me regarding the warranty.

    Touch screen is glitchy. Sometimes it works and others it does not. Sad. Definitely not the level of quality samsung usually puts out. Can't turn off by holding power button. Have to shut it off by touching off button on touch screen... if it will read to turn off. Works but dissappointed.

    The McMurray of Phones. Was better off with my former broken phone. Dont buy the FE version. The user interface is horrible. If your thumb barely touches the side, it interferes with what you are doing. The auto light adjustment needs adjustment as well. I could go on

    When plugging up to charge it does not connect so have to play with it for it to take a charge and hope that it does not move when you go to lay it down. If it does you will not have a charge phone. I will take it back to Best Buy and see if they will swap it out.

    Sucks don't buy this phone. Worse phone on the market, no user friendly, so hard to figure anything out. I miss my S9 it rocked, i can't wait to pay this off and dump it in the trash.

    Don't buy this phone. It is next to impossible to find accessories for it. The features on my old phone were much easier to use. Can't figure how Samsung decided to call this phone a fan favorite.

    The phone works nice at the beginning but if you break something (the screen) you are in trouble. Samsung has a host of third party support service that are mostly unhelpful and their work quality is a hit or miss. If you bring it to a Samsung support center make sure you clear your day. Also I bought my phone in EU before moving to USA, not no support is available (thought a big brand like Samsung would have my back as traveler but clearly no). I own a Tablet, earphones, The Frame 85, and a galaxy watch. Planning to get rid of all of these, really heart broken. (ps, I will not get rid of the Frame, that is too much work :-))

    I love the things that I can do with this phone, calls, texts, word processing, photos, videos, editing, and such, but I can't recommend it because it has no durability. In the 18 months that I have had it the touch screen had to be replaced, them the camera failed. After finally contacting customer service for my provider, and explaining that problem, and having their total protection package I was directed to their repair contractor. The contractor informed me when I got there that the camera module is not covered, and I would be paying out of pocket for repairs which might take several attempts to succeed. I'm not going to name names, but a phone should not have two major malfunctions in less than two years. I can't recommend this particular phone.

    SCREEN HAS A MIND OF IT'S OWN

    I purchased the Samsung S20FE in December 2020 and thought it was amazing at first but after using it found it to be complete garbage! The screen has a mind of it's own - when I'm trying to talk on it all sorts of other apps open, and it tries to do something called "rtt" while I'm talking, something like recording or talk while texting, I don't know but can't get rid of it! So many problems with this phone too numerous to list. I can be in Google maps and all of a sudden the music app is turned on while I'm driving yet not doesn't connect with my vehicle so have to turn off bluetooth and listen to maps from the phone it self! I can't believe it's still even being sold! They should give it away to be honest! No amount of updates rectify the issues and there have been so many I lost count! This is likely the last Samsung phone I'll ever buy. Loved the Samsung Note 2 until it no longer held a charge then bought 2 of the Samsung 7 phones and one is still going strong although the battery no longer holds a charge long. I seriously considered the Note 20 but read the Fan Edition had a better refersh rate. HUGE MISTAKE IN PURCHASING! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE - absolutely regret it!

    Not the phone they said it is, hidden glitches.

    Where to begin, why no indicator light? The battery is a joke, The screen is so sensitive and it jumps all over, so I'm letting you know that the touch screen is glitchy, sometimes it works and at other times it does not, so shut down and restart, hopefully it comes back with up no jumping around well until it acts up again, by the way this is after the 2 firmware updates, that Samsung recommends, Next: Why would you do this? who thought to put the volume and the power on the right-hand side and invert them? OMG. I have turned these buttons up and down and power on off, thousands of times, now I have to get acclimated to this process? I don’t think so, This is the worst phone I've ever owned, Also I've read, in several reviews, had I bought an actual Verizon warranty, Verizon will do a same day or next day exchange, for just 29.00 for a cracked screen, there is a monthly contract fee, at Verizon up to 14.99, yet BB's price is, 200.00 for their cracked screen repair, on top of the 8.99 a month plus taxes fees, this is a big stickler, I read Verizon though won't honor the Verizon warranty if you call them for the screen repair, since it was purchased at BB, something you find out after the fact. Glad they have a 14 day return policy, going to take advantage of that, and go back to our old phones, we kept instead of trading them in.

    The No service store

    I don't know about the phone, we have not got it yet. When your store was open in Prattville Alabama the service what great, the store in Montgomery sucks. No one to help you in store and no one answers the phone in store. You never know when or if you will get what you ordered. With service like this you won't be around long. Not BESTbuy any more.
