I traded in an aging Note 8 tablet towards the purchase of this. The new day tablet was far superior in every way even being served four years old. Pros: good form factor, good battery life Cons: Touch screen unresponsive, slow, overpriced for what it is. If I could return it I would that's how unhappy I am with this purchase.

not thrilled with this phone. It has all the specs to make it a great phone up there are too many issues with the screen so I'll be moving on soon. I find I'll mistype more often than any other phone I had previously. with that said the photos the phone takes are amazing, the screen is bright and vibrant. If the touch screen didn't have the issues I'm experiencing I would have kept it.

I dictate and it doesn't transribe about 50% of the time. My phone freezes in a bunch of different apps and I'm stuck until it undoes itself. The Contacts app that came pre-installed has been a nightmare (orange with white shoulders and a yellow head). Don't know if I will ever get it back to where it was. It is a total mess and still trying to correct it. The cursor jumps up 4 or 5 lines and types dictated text so you have to proof really well. It has started repeating lines of text in a bunch of different apps. My screen freezes. Whatever they use to type dictation is extremely poor. A simple copy and paste is a nightmare in some apps. The copy option won't appear unless I highlight from right to left and then backspace and don't highlight the first letter of the first word. Then Copy will appear. But when I want to paste, it won't paste in many apps unless I type a a character before the Paste option will appear. I had to turn off Auto Capitalizing because it was initial capping multiple words in the middle of most sentences.

Phone performs as intended but do not buy if you rely on a decent case to protect the $650 you had just spent. My profession is very active and drops are inevitable. Unfortunately, there is very limited case support for this phone - samsung really dropped the ball on this one. If I don't find a decent case soon I will be returning this phone for an iPhone as I know support won't be an issue. I was excited for this phone but its been nothing but a headache trying to find a case I can rely on..

Good deal for a phone, but Samsung did not put their best foot forward in quality assurance. It has these glitchy ghost touches with you scroll around with multiple fingers. Some may not even notice it but once you notice it, you can’t not notice it. It causes some major headaches. I have little doubt Samsung will care enough to fix it via software, and I’m not even sure it’s possible. Could be a hardware issue.

It seems alot slower then my note 10 +. And connects alot slower to the internet as well as 4 g and 5 g . Alot of my app are slower or just wont load so i have to do it two or three times

Samsung S20 fe phone I purchased recently is doing very well so far. I recommended it to a friend and he just purchased one from Best Buy.

Reception is horrible. Unable to adjust volume to a normal level. When a phone all actually connects, the phone makes a loud high pitch noise which is painful. I am already hearing impaired and don’t need to lose more due to poor design of this phone’s features.

Not comparable to other galaxy models. A lot of features no longer available. For the first time ever dealing with galaxy products,I am not happy with this purchase.

This is a good phone for someone new to smart phones. However, it is not so good for someone that has had smart phones previously.

Phone keeps dropping calls and cuts in and out during conversations

Returned the phone. Did not like the feel or the features.

Unable to find Otter Box accessories for this phone

work phone. Great phone if you have 5g... Even if it has 5 bars of 4 or lte. it will drop to one bar 5g. Since update jan 2023. It will not let you lock it out. or select only lte. Now 50% of the time this phone is a worthless brick. Have to use personal 4g flip to search internet of write invoices for work.
