Nice phone. Serves my purposes. Got it for a reasonable price.

Coming from a Motorola Z3 Play phone this Galaxy S20FE is way ahead of it, and catching it on a black Friday sale cheaper than the Motorola. I love the camera setup, the speakers are pretty good for old ears and it is fairly easy to setup the phone to your liking.

Just a couple of problems. #1 phone and keyboard seem to freeze at times. Hoping the next update will fix that. # 2 the lack of phone cases for it. My husband has had this phone for a week and has already cracked his phone. But overall I guess I'm pretty satisfied with this this phone even though as I'm typing this review my keyboard is freezing. :-/

Great phone. Battery last 5 days! Great brand worth it

Service was expeditious, professional, and satisfying. Neither case nor screen protector were available. After a subsequent visit when the items were still not available, I had to purchase these latter items from the Verizon store. The phone is very satisfactory, but I have not had the opportunity to explore all its capabilities.

Good phone, great features for an affordable price

I upgraded from the Samsung S9+ and while i lost the curved screen, i am so glad that i did. This phone has everyone I want, and doesn't have the glass shell which cracked on my S9+. Being aluminum it is far more durable. So glad i upgraded.

I purchased this phone as an upgrade for my Google Pixel 3, it's performed very nicely so far. I definitely wasn't expecting it to be as large as it is and am still adapting to the different format but it has an impressive response to touch.

Was having a lot of things going on with my phone, that I wasn't understanding....The Representative that helped me was very patient, and understanding. He was very acknowledgeable about the mentioned product. I left very satisfied.

Great phone. I have several Samsung devices and am very pleased with this one. I love the display, it is so smooth with a higher refresh rate. I also like the glass like plastic back covering with all the different colors this year.

The phone came in almost a week after the scheduled delivery date. But the Best Buy sales team did an excellent job of installing the screen saver & transferring my data to new phone. Samsung S20 FE is a great value. Thanks!

Amazing phone for the price! Took a bit to get used to how they moved the buttons. I also had trouble finding a case and ended up with a tech 21 that I found at a T Mobil even though I have Verizon and it is great...

Had them in stock (I purchased 2). Sales rep knew his stuff. Not too many employees in the store to help me, but considering the times, I understand. I think I got a pretty good deal, considering it was on sale.

Great phone. Had a pixel 3 and after a year it was no longer functional Google would do nothing. Sales person at Best buy was great. Knowledgeable and helpful

Wonderful phone that I got for my girlfriend. The screen scrolls very smoothly and the sale price with vzw financing was the cherry on top. This phone just came out, and we are essentially getting it for half off.

I shopped around for two weeks. I have been a Samsung android customer with Verizon for years. The price was right. Chris G. The sales person, was very efficient. But Chris J, the Samsung Rep, sealed the deal!

I wanted a case for my new Samsung S 20 FE at the time I purchased the phone with the grip on the sides. All cases and screen savers were about $49.99 they are now coming down in cost finally. I wish the S20 FE had a SD place for my pictures. Other than that I like my phone
