It does not have a ear phone jack. Not everyone likes blue tooth ear phones. I am having trouble finding an app to sync my contacts from Outlook to the phone. This was simple with my previous phone.

Overall a well-built device will all the bells and whistles. Coming from a Pixel 2 (and a Samsung Galaxy S6 before that) was a bit of a disappointment, however, due to the Samsung Android experience being a diluted and more convoluted version of my experience on the Pixel 2. I knew that coming in, thought I could tough it out for the value, but was mistaken. I ended up exchanging for a Pixel 5 and I do not regret that decision.

I still live the phone. One thing i dont like is that it got moisture and i no linger can charge with cord only by laaying it on a charger. Other than that great phine

Works just like it supposed to. Changing to usb-c vs what I had on everything else was just another gimmick to buy another charging cord for the car, but we all fall for that! A great phone so far.

Excellent phone and great quality! This was a purchase for my mom and after looking over the specs there was no reason to spend extra money on items my mom wouldn't use. 10/10 would buy again.

Love my phone but.. ..... when a new phone comes out you need to have cases. I waited a month! You put my phone at risk. Everytine I checked in 1 or 0 cases. I finally bought from Amazon

I am pleased with my purchase of this phone. I would suggest to anyone looking this is a decent phone that doesn't cost over 1000.00. I wanted a new phone and got a good one for me.

well I really wanted a Lifeproofbut the Samsung Best Buy tech told me that LifeProof doesn't make one for this model so I had to suffice with this one. Still would have felt better if I were able to get a LifeProof which is shock proof and water proof

I love my new phone! Most of it was like the old phone, getting use to it. But of course there's always something I don't know how to do. I like being able to say "hey google, what's the weather going to be like today?" Or something like that!

So far so good. The lens extending past the phone made it awkward to put down and I was constantly in fear of chipping it, so it basically forces you to buy a case, which you were probably going to do already. Otherwise, it's holding up to light use.

Phone works well, I had a Samsung galaxy 6 that was about dead ,the associate was extremely helpful saving all my data and getting it onto the new phone despite taking many hours !

It's been 5 years since i got a new phone. i had an older Samsung phone. the transition wasn't bad from the old phone to the new one. the picture quality is fantastic.. Still learning on how to use everything.

Samsung has done it again! For the low price point, it has created one of the best value smartphone. You cant go wrong with this large display phone at this price.

This is a very nice phone .. I upgrade from a Samsung 4S..m,y only complaint we need more choices on the phone cases to protect phone .. overall a very nice upgrade phone

I like my new phone. I wish that there was an instruction manual on the phone, but it is still good. Just takes a bit of time to understand the features.
