Pleased with my purchase. Works well and the transition from my old phone (S-9) was relatively fast and easy. Only had to reinstall several apps lost in the transfer.

It's a phone. I picked this up just to see how the 5G reception was in my area. It's not the greatest, but I do get reception in areas that were dead on 4G at leaslt.

not thrilled with this phone. It has all the specs to make it a great phone up there are too many issues with the screen so I'll be moving on soon. I find I'll mistype more often than any other phone I had previously. with that said the photos the phone takes are amazing, the screen is bright and vibrant. If the touch screen didn't have the issues I'm experiencing I would have kept it.

As usual great deals from Best Buy before and during Black Friday 2019. She loves her Lavender S20 FE phone & loves the price of $269.99 after trading in her S8.

Upgraded from an S8, and am quite satisfied. NOT happy with the lack of a headset jack and notification LED. Nobody asked for those to be taken away, yet here we are. >:-|

Purchased for my husband as a needed upgrade. Functions smoothly and he is enjoying it. Camera is okay but I was aware of it's shortcomings prior to purchase. Given what the device is used for, not a real issue.

This is an upgrade - I prefer Samsung brand. I'm having a little trouble setting up voicemail. Never had this problem with any other phones.

Best Buy provides great phone service. They were very patient and made sure we could use all the new phone features. Super attentive and very pleasant.

I really like the Samsung brand, and the ease of use of an android phone. Went from the s7 to this phone...really enjoying the features and display size.

Very pleased with this upgrade. Owned a Samsung previous to this purchase. A few more bells and whistles and lots more memory. Would highly recommend.

Purchased FE version for following reasons- better selfie camera, larger capacity battery, better fingerprint reader and price savings. However, be aware the locked (UW) versions do NOT have expandable memory 4 stars.

Phone was great. Clerk not so much. Not sure he knew what he was doing. Ended up at verizon store to transfer all my phone stuff. Uugghhh. Was rediculous.

This phone was perfect for my mother in law. She loved it and I loved the price!! Best Buy always has the best prices when it comes to phones.

I purchased this phone to update my wife's 3 year old Galaxy phone. It was an easy transition and everything is the newer version. A good purchase.

Reliable product overall. However, Samsung has had some issues with the camera / quality of pictures on the last few Galaxy models... and this model is not an improvement. You have better-looking images if you take a short video, and then extract screenshots from the video. Some articles claim there isn't actually a problem with the camera itself, but rather with the software that processes the inages. Either way, same result = bad quality images... and Either way, I would not recommend this phone if you're into selfies & taking lots of photos.

I've really enjoyed this phone. I upgraded from an S7. I'm not a huge techie so I didn't want to spend 1k on a new phone. This seemed like a no-brainer.

I am pleased with this product. Learning curve on it's use is not too bad. One has to learn as they go since there is no book that comes with it.

Purchase was excellent. A new Samsung phone with all the best customer favorite features found at a great deal as a Best Buy purchase made my day.
