I have been super happy with this phone. I was a little concerned that I was trading down by net getting the S20 or S20 Plus, but the S20 FE (Fan Edition) has been great and comes in a few hundred dollars less. The back of the phone is plastic vs. glass, but I (like most people) immediately put it into a case anyway. Battery life is great (it has a more powerful battery than the S20) and I like the fingerprint sensor on the front of the phone. Overall very pleased!

So far, so good. I hate new phones, especially switching from LG, which I've had for years, to Samsung. I despise Bixby and this phone is full of apps you can't disable or uninstall, eating up tons of memory. Overall, sharp clear display, reasonably fast. I lost almost all of my text messages. I don't know if that was the fault of Samsung Switch app, or the phone. Very upset about that. The phone is very skinny (display window) and acts like I tapped something if my finger is even near it, especially around the edges. Very touchy. But not too bad. Still not used to it, but I think I'll keep it.

If you are a Samsung phone person then you know what you will get only tech/spec better then the previous model. Love this phone, zero problems. Operates smooth and fast with all apps and functions. This is my 4th Samsung and if the tech could keep up, I would still using my 1st one. Samsung is always on the cutting edge of Android and design. ***I always recommend an Otter case for protection.

Vety efficient phone. Only recharge once a day. Can hear much better than my S9. Also searches are faster.

Best Buy never disappoints when it comes to cell phone deals, $269.99 for each phone. Upgraded two phones with this device. Samsung doesn't disappoint as well. I can live with a plastic case instead of a glass case. I can't fathom paying over a grand for a cell phone. This model is a good enough for me. Same hardware as a reg S20. Pictures are awesome. Thanks Best Buy for always having great cell phone deals before and during Black Friday.

This is my third Galaxy phone. It has a great screen resolution. Unfortunately too much has changed from my Galaxy S7. It’s very difficult to customize and change settings. I have to google everything! And my car is a 2008, and my phone won’t recognize the car’s bluetooth so I can’t use the hands free feature while driving! Also, there isn’t a place for a headphone jack. Everything must be Bluetooth which wastes the battery! Plus, now it requires a new charging connection so I need to buy a new adapter! I have only had the phone about 3 weeks and still trying to find everything!

This is a great phone, and has a good quality camera Learning different things all the time, easy to use.

Was getting kind of sick of spending $1,000 on a great looking phone to then put a case on it. Decided to go with this, mostly for it's fantastic specs at this price point and the plastic back, I only have a screen protector on it and have already dropped it a few times with no issue. Phone runs better than my 2 year old Note 9 (so worth the upgrade) and the 120hz display is amazing. Not sure I'll ever buy an expensive flagship phone again.

Had an older Samsung, so relatively easy to transition. Camera is awesome. Battery life is excellent.

My wife loves it but is still getting used to it being larger than her previous phone. Faster processor and more storage is definitely a plus.

Excellent phone for the price. Great battery life and much fasyer than my Note9. Only issue is the construction is cheap so I highly recommend a case.

This is my 2nd S20 FE. I bought one for myself and was so impressed with it, I bought one for my wife for her birthday. This is near Samsungs flagship phone but at a fraction of the cost. It has a plastic back but we always use cases to protect it so no issue with that. I bought it on sale for $395, you can't go wrong purchasing this phone.

Larger screen, 5G, and it's Samsung. I've been able to add my Google apps without any problems.

I got this phone for my teen. Good phone. Takes great pictures. A bit bigger and wider than the S8 I was replacing, which is a Con for trying to put in jeans pocket. This FE model Does have SD card capability (BB salesguy said it did Not) The space is on the back side of the sim card. Very difficult to get a case for - very few protection options and case colors. Seems like the S20 FE is the best choice when compared to the S21.

Great phone at a great price! I made the switch from Motorola so we could use DEX and get rid of expensive satellite and it has been great. We don't have internet access out here and satellite internet is so expensive. It's been tricky learning this phone, but I haven't taken the time to read much about it. I wish I could use my micro SD card for more storage, Battery life is good for what I use. No regrets.
