Works great, few complaints

My biggest oroblem with it is that there is no headphine jack. I'm sure it mentioned this fact in the description but i didnt see it. I also understand that most new phones don't have a jack, so it's just something I will need to get use to. The battery life doesnt seem to be a good as mentioned.

Have seen quite a few reports about touchscreen issues, but supposedly device updates in the last few months have resolved this. I have not experienced any touchscreen issues thus far, after four weeks of use.
