My husband really likes this phone. He is not a big tech guy and can operate and use this phone with no problem

Some display issues. Do not disturb issues took awhile to set correctly. Sound isn't as great as previous Samsung.

Got a great deal on this phone and I love it! Samsung rep was extremely patient and thorough. Best Buy staff member was new but he did a great job!

The phone is not 5g. It shows only 4g. It is definitely not faster than my old phone, but I was disgusted with always losing power on my old phone. Do I like. Yes, it works. Still only 4g. Thank you.

I am really liking the phone, I just have one issue and its not with the phone. Its with some of my apps. But all in all it is a really good phone.

I wouldn't utilize the features of a flagship phone to justify the price. This is all the phone I need. Major upgrade over my ancient s6 edge.

Wow the screen is beautiful. How can I explain this, its like when you pull up a picture, its as if you're actually in the picture.

Happy with purchase points info and shipping. All issues seam to be on the Verizon side of things setup amd transfer of data etc. As far as Best Buy is concerned couldn't be happier.
