One of my reasons for upgrading a phone is the camera. The camera on this is absolutely FANTASTIC! I've been buying Samsung phones for the last 15 years and it looks like that will continue. The person at Best Buy was very thorough in setting up our phones. She literally spent hours making sure it was done right.

I tend to keep my phones for long periods of time and this was a serious upgrade from my 2014 Moto X. This phone is top notch; very premium in feel, fast, terrific battery life, awesome display. I researched phones for months and ended up with this one. It is a flagship phone without the flagship price tag. You can't go wrong.

Got this phone for Christmas and I love it. Very fast and easy to use. Was a great price only through Best Buy! So I treated myself to a new phone. Love the mint color of the phone. Family and friends say how clear this phone is and it sounds like I'm sitting right next to them. Would recommend it with 10+ stars.

Upgraded from my old Samsung j3 phone that kept running out of storage and memory so any phone is a step up. I'm very happy with this phone its much faster. Transfer to new phone by best buy salesperson was very fast and painless. Functionality of s20 so similar to old phone, very little learning curve.

I love this phone. Great product to have I can't seem to put it down. Downloading is fast, security is secure and, easy to use. I can navigate through it and it will be easier for anyone. I'm going to purchase two more for my family thanks Best Buy and Samsung. Overall I recommend people to purchase.

I am loving my new phone. It is a great value for the price. I was switching from a Note 8 that ran great,, but had a cracked screen and body. The new phone runs smoothly, takes good photos and was half the price. I am very happy with my purchase.

Love this phone. Takes excellent pictures. Everyone at BestBuy was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a tempered glass screen protector from Amazon because BB was out of them, but my sales person still applied it for me. Will definitely go to BB instead of the Verizon store for my next phone.

I use a regular S20 as a business phone and I got this one as my personal phone, and I honestly can't tell the difference in performance. This phone, despite being the budget variant is very solid and I hope samsung keeps making it.

This is the third Samsung phone I have purchased at Best Buy. I have found their pricing is very competitive especially when packaging with a wireless provider. For me it is Verizon. I've had no problems with the phone and enjoy all the features.

My wife is really enjoying this phone, it's a big step up from the old S5 galaxy she had. This phone has so many advanced features, the camera is super nice and produces high resolution pictures. The size of the phone is also much larger than her S5 making it a lot easier to navigate her apps.

The new S20 FE 5G UW is fast! I’ve been a Galaxy S owner since the S3, and this model rocks. 4 cameras, terrific resolution, and crisp, clear display. The lack of a headphone jack is the ONLY drawback to this workhorse.

I was looking at switching over to Samsung phones and decided to take a risk on this new release. So far I haven't had any issues with the phone and it runs all my apps perfectly. My only thing is that I do miss having a headphone jack but thankfully I own Bluetooth headphones as well.

I am very happy with this phone. It is very quick and efficient. For the price of the phone I would consider it a steal. Also comes with a mini SD card slot which is a plus for me. I would highly recommend this phone for anyone looking to get a new phone for a fair price.

My daughter did some pretty good comparative research on the Galaxy S20 FE 5G UW model. It has a good balance of features while keeping the overall cost within reason. There was also a good sale going on at the time, so I feel this was a really good value choice for her.

This is the third Samsung phone I've had. The features right out of the box are great and Best Buy offered this model at a fantastic discount. I'm very satisfied with the phone...fast screen refresh for easy video playback.

Love the new phone. Samsung S20 FE has everything I need without so many expensive extras. Going through Best Buy to get my Verizon upgrade saved me money upfront and had great monthly pay deal to Verizon. With SmartSwitch it was easy to switch phone service at home.

Great phone so far. I'm a fan of Samsung phones, but hated the curved edges. Seemed way to easy to crack and the screen protectors weren't as nice. Really good camera options and the sale made it an easy choice
