The phone itself is great. The camera is fantastic. Never drops calls and built-in apps are fine. My only complaint is the need to swipe to answer a call rather than just touch. Touch can be activated with an annoying little icon that always gets in my way.

Decent phone for the price I guess. Slow at times. A little difficult to navigate. Takes good pictures. Good battery life. Speech to text is terrible. Unable to get it to even recognize a single sentence in a text message. I have always had Samsung phones and my last phone was a Motorola. Wanted to go back to Samsung because of the quality of the phones I had in the past. Really disappointed in this phone. I would return it if I hadn't all ready gone past the time to return.

Fairly easy to use. Has everything I need. Software operates smoothly. Still trying to figure out a few things put appreciate the hardware design, large screen, the amount of pixels which gives the screen a crisp appearance and the picture options are a plus.

I've been a Galaxy phone user since S5 and I have never been disappointed. This phone is huge compared to my s8 and is super responsive. Has a slot for my micro sd card so I have plenty of room for all my audio books and my Spotify downloaded playlists.

Great phone at an amazing price. The 120hz screen is smooth and the camera is as good or better than any phone I have ever used. There is honestly no reason to spend $1000+ for an S20 or Note 20 series phone when you can get this at less than half the price.

I love this phone. I’ve had it a couple months and have had no problems. I use it mostly for calls and texts but when I have used it for internet access, it’s fast and efficient. It takes nice pictures too. I would recommend both this phone and Best Buy.

I upgraded from an S7 Edge and Wow very cool features. Has a great battery life. Nice camera. I am very happy and am exploring the many features.Screwen is bright and is very clear Yes I am very happy Thank you to the salesperson for his guidance

Good upgrade from my last phone the 5G is fast. Bestbuy pickup was easy transfered all my data over from my old phone too and trade in was fair too got a good price for old phone. Recommend this phone for an upgrade if you like Samsung products.

Had a slight issue when scrolling on facebook. You could see part of previous screen in two different areas. I didn't think it was a phone issue though. Reached out to Customer Service of Facebook to no avail. After some manipulation of settings, problem has been corrected. Phone is extremely fast and with no lag at all.

Nice upgrade to my previous Samsung phone. Very easy to set up and to transfer everything thing from my previous phone using Smart Switch. Only thing that doesn't transfer are passwords which is a safeguard but also a little bit of a pain.

I don't like curved phones, and with the s20fe, you get the specs of an s20 without the curve. You still get a 120hz screen, but maybe a slightly lower grade camera. I don't plan to get a curved screen again haha.

I really like the phone. Taking me some time go get completely used to the new features, but really solid phone. I didn't like that I had to get all new power cords. I really wish they'd stop changing the plug ins. Such a waste.

Pleased with upgrade from Samsung Galaxy S7 to Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Navy. Best Buy was friendly, efficient and took care of all data transfer. My phone carrier would not match the good price that Best Buy Black Fri Sale.

What an excellent Phone. Very Clear Screen, with many phone ring selections (many) to choose from. Also comes with the option of paying an additional amount and obtain even a larger screen, as well. Which we did.

Absolutely wonderful phone. Getting from Best Buy was quick, easy and a really good price. And the upgrade to S20 with the frugal FE (Fan's edition) is giving me a lot of excellent technology at an affordable price.

A far better smart phone than I even imagined. Clearly exceeds the key factors that did influence my buying decisions. Technical specs do not describe the emotional feeling of having a phone that just works...perfectly.

Its a phone. Does everything cell phones usually do. Good camera, bright screen. But its the size of a VW Beetle! I'm used to a smaller phone (Google pixel) I bought this because the price was better than other phones at the time. I've had it for a couple of weeks with no issues yet.

Really great device. Needed a new phone and this one has all the fan favorites at a lower price than other Samsung phones. I’m combing from a google pixel 2 and the change has been easy and better!

I had a lower model Samsung in which I buy have bought Samsung phones since .The Lil Wayne commercial. I had the s7 series first. Then a note 8 then a A50 . This is out of the others the best yet.
