My screen broke within a week from a drop that wouldn't have made a dent in my s9+. I figured it was just me but the same thing happened to my mother a week after she got hers. There aren't enough quality cases available to justify buying this phone without the protection plan, but the deductible on that is just as high as the buying price. I love the camera though, and the audio is great. The data runs slow but I blame that on Verizon. Ultimately, other its fragility, the phone is a good deal.

Loyal samsung customer for 10+years and I am not disappointed.upgraded from s8. This phone is just longer than s8 but functions like it.really come to enjoy the fingerprint on the front since i don't have to take my phone case to scan in the back. I also like it doesnt have glass backing.was hesitant to buy due to lack of headphone jack but was able to buy headphone jack adapter that plugs right into the usb port so i could use my headphones

Good phone for basic use. The camera quality is pretty good and the lavender color is a great customized color.

This Galaxy S20 FE is pretty much the same as my Galaxy 8Plus. Not a huge increase however also not a huge increase in price so I'm fine with that because I was satisfied with my previous phone and I'm a pretty heavy user. Not like kids are, but for an adult I am.

Absolutely love my new phone! I thought my camera on my 9S+ was good, but this camera is far superior too! Only reason I did not get the S21 is that it would not take an SD card.

Upgraded from a Galaxy S9 for my wife. Is a little bit bigger and has double the memory plus a micro SD slot. The only she misses is a headphone jack as she does not have bluetooth headphones(yet)

I love this new version of Galaxy. Purchased in October (maybe should have waited a couple of months for the 21s) but still it didn't disappoint. Great features and long battery life.

Absolutely LOVE this phone!!!! It's much bigger than the last phone I had and that's also a plus for me. Couldn't be happier. LOVE the color red on the back as well. Makes it very unique.

Absolutely love this phone! Had an Iphone 7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. This phone is fast and has a ton of features. Bought it over Black Friday, it was the best bang for the buck by a long shot.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G is an excellent phone that has exceeded my expectations. It has a nice feel, has an excellent camera. I was very satisfied with the price and service.

It has a much longer battery life than my other phones. I only charge it once a day. Sale price was excellent. Still learning new items. Transferring info from old phone went smoothly.

Great phone. I have not had any issues with the phone at all. If you compare the S20FE to the rest of the S20 line this phone is impossible to beat when you look at bang for your buck.

Upgraded my phone. Worth the money and effort. Easy to use, much more power, and memory. Best Buy moved EVERYTHING from my old phone to the new. Didn't lose a thing. Great service.

Bought this to replace my 3 year old S8+ which was still working fine albeit a bit slower than when I first got it. Sale price for Black Friday made it an attractive deal. I did some research before buying because I was also considering the non FE model for the extra 2gb of RAM. Overall phone is good. Battery life isn't much better than my old phone which was disappointing since this one has a higher capacity. I tweaked my power settings and with average daily use I'm getting about 24 hours between charges. Most disappointing problem is with the screen. I get random key presses at times just from holding it and at other times it is not responsive. Samsung has issued two firmware updates to attempt to correct it but the issue persists. I may consider returning it as I've had it for almost a week now. Otherwise it's a Samsung smartphone. Nothing groundbreaking over the last few generations. At $400 off MSRP it's a decent deal but at the regular price it's not worth the upgrade in my opinion.

I bought two of these phones at the $350 sale price and have been extremely pleased. Please note, there are reports of problems with the touch screen and I ran through some tests - there is a 'touch screen test' app I downloaded and Yes, if I furiously draw lines on the screen with my fingers like someone did in a YouTube video, I will occasionally get a random line. In real life, we have had zero problems. Pinch to focus, scrolling web pages, etc - all work fine for us. Perhaps if you game on your phone and have multiple finger contacts at once, it may be a problem, but that is not us. It's a great phone with great features for an even greater price

Quite the upgrade from old phone! Nice camera, enjoy taking pictures with the phone. The staff at Best Buy were great helping set up the phone and getting everything transferred.

This is the fourth Galaxy phone that I have purchased over the course of approximately seven years, so it is accurate to say that I prefer this family of phones from Samsung. I was reluctant to purchase the S20 FE, at first, because I wanted the standard S20. I thought the variance of features would be a concession that I would not want to make. However, I was far from correct because this phone has not disappointed me at all. I really like this phone, especially considering the promotion/discount that I was able to take advantage of in order to purchase it. My only regret is that I was unable to find the phone in Cloud Red the day of my purchase.

Excellent Phone, 90 % of the flagship +$1000 phones, but much less in price. Fast and Responsive, Great picture and sound, works great as a phone as well as a mobile device.

I am very happy with my new phone, the battery life is phenomenal and the person who helped me was fantastic, I highly recommend this phone and getting it from best buy.

Samsung cell phone is my number one choice since 2004. Very reliable, easy to use settings, etc. I absolutely love camera in this phone, pictures are colorful and great!
