Love my new S20 FE, I don't like having to learn a new phone, but this was quite seamless. I have a few things to work out but so far love my phone.

Excellent value for money! Can't believe samsung is doing research accurately as to what ppl look for in a FE model! They got it right and perfect price!

Although I have only been using this phone for a couple of weeks, so far I have found it to be very capable and easy to use. The display is excellent, as are most of the other features I have used to this point.

Good product, solid, full of features and Samsung quality. Unfortunately I had to jump thru hoops for Best Buy to follow thru on their own price-matching policy when the price of the product dropped a couple of weeks after my purchase. It took literally hours on the phone plus two visits to my local store and another hour to get all the approvals and processing, but they eventually followed thru and I got the difference in price refunded to a Best Buy gift card. Nice product. But it should not be that hard to get a company to follow their own policy

Great product and service. Wouldn't change a thing. The battery life a good and the camera is awesome. Would buy this phone again.

So far it is good. It has a great camera, quality of sound and reception. It is a better priced model and I can not tell that it doesn't cost 100's more.

Great phone from Samsung. Not their top of the line but a nice phone for the price. Best Buy curbside pickup made this purchase quick and easy.

Purchased for my wife. Great phone and has just what she wants and needs without a lot of "extra stuff "! Performs well and is well made.

Excellent phone! Replaced an older model galaxy, and this is a much nicer phone. Battery life is great and I have no functional issues at all!

We were looking at a different samsung phone but this was a better deal, simple and easy to navigate. It was a smooth transfer as well.

Spend half the money for 3/4 of Samsung's best phone. There is a reason it's called the fan edition. I'm a fan!

love my new Galaxy SG phone it works fast and im still learning how to use it. The size, brightness and how quick it is is amazing. *jk

Switched from an iphone 6 to this samsung phone. Great product for the money. Didnt want to spend $1,000 on a S20. Battery life is great but i had a very old phone. Still getting used to it.

Love my new phone!! So much memory !! No more deciding which pictures to delete. I get to keep them all !! Was a good deal too.

Still getting used to some of Andriod's quirks, but happy with the phone. Camera image quality is good, as is video quality. No problems with the phone itself. Fast-charge certainly a bonus.

I love my upgrade that I gave to myself. The battery life is longer by far. I can go all day long and go to bed with at least 50% left yet. I really do not have Any negative feedback to give.
