Purchased 2 new S20 phones. TJ the Samsung rep went out of her way to help us and was awesome. Best buy employees Kwazi and Oscar were well informed about the product and were excellent in completing our purchase. All in all a great experience.

Good phone alternative to the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5g for a better price

Great phone thus far. Has few of the features I was looking for in an upgrade.

Old phone was fading fast. Went in to purchase the Samsung A51 that would have basically been free for me. After looking around and checking things, I was able to get the S20 FE for a great deal and went for that instead. Much better phone. Upgraded from an S7 so this phone is leaps and bounds ahead.

Bought this phone for my husband as an early Christmas present to replace a much older Samsung Galaxy model. He is enjoying using it. I bought a wireless charger to go with it and it makes charging so much easier! Would definitely recommend this model to anyone needing or wanting a new phone!

Phone is working well. Since it is my first smart phone, it is taking me quite a while to learn to use it. Some commands are difficult to follow. We live in a remote area and I cannot usually read AOL emails from home due to limited internet access. Phone arrived much later than promised.

this is the best value in a phone I've purchased in years. does all the things I need it to do and great camera. only thing I can say of a con and it might be operator error is it doesn't seem to be recognized right away on Bluetooth, especially in my car, so other phones get selected first.

I love the phone. It has a function that will do almost any thing you want. It took me a little while to become familiar with it as my last phone was a Galaxy S-8 --big difference. I was disappointed that it did not come with a manual. However you can fine a excellent guide on line.

I have had my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE for several months now and have no problems. Some of the apps work a little different than they did on my old Note 4 but so far I've been able to continue using them.

I upgraded from a Galaxy S8& find this S20 met my needs in all respects. I had tried the IPhone 12 & discovered it had features which did not work for me. I returned the IPhone and went to Best Buy for the Samsung S20. If you like Samsung, I found the IPhone just too different

Great phone for android users. Many features and easy to use.

Samsung in my opinion is excellent,I own many from TVs to phones and watches. The new samsung FE is worth the buy I know at the time of review it's only been out few months or so. Of course new phones come with new problems. But over all samsung product is holding it's own. You can buy knock off or buy the real thing for me I will buy the real thing.

I love it. Super speedy after my old Galaxy S7 that was on its last legs, and a real value for the price. First time I've had a fingerprint scanner that actually worked. Only problem for me is inability to figure out how to answer incoming calls before the caller hangs up.

Fantastic phone ! Just what you want with more than you can imagine and you will e. It is just what you would like in the perfect phone. Get this S20 FE and you will wish the person you loved had it. I have had several Galaxy phones in my life, this one is just the greatest!
