I needed a new phone and was unsure what one to get. I got the Ultra because I was told that it has the best camera. I take lots of pictures and wanted a good one. I have used both the camera and the video and the pictures are so clear. The phone is taking me a little while to navigate through, but am getting there. I am enjoying it.

I always switch between android and iPhone as a techie person, and this is my favorite phone I've ever owned so far. Game launcher is amazing, display is the best I ever used. Great battery life, great sounded speakers, and amazing performance with 120h screen.

Big screen, Big camera hump. I am a bit paranoid about scratching the camera glass. I've read the protectors for that part of the phone mess with the flash and picture quality. The phone is easy to use. I carry it on an Otter Box defender case. I thought the picture quality would be better but I suppose it's as good as it can get for a phone camera. Sometimes the screen isn't very responsive for double tap and swipe features. Those work most of the time. If you are accident prone or have kids around, I would not have the device near them or on yourself. I would get a less expensive phone in that case. Not sure if the in-store and online prices are different, better check on that before you buy.

In love with my new galaxy phone. At first I thought the size would be too big but it is absolutely perfect. It fits my phone purse perfectly even with a case. There are a ton of features and I must add the camera on the S20 ultra is amazing. Finally! Thank you Samsung for bringing your best quality camera!

I am so happy that I purchased this phone! It is absolutely amazing does everything you expect out of a galaxy. My photos are phenomenal people always asking how I take my pictures and I tell them it's with my phone and they are blown away! Was a little hesitant of the on-screen fingerprint scanner but I really enjoy it now!

For the price you pay you expect it to be top of the line in all aspects but it isn't. Just like the iPhone this phone too is not worth the money you spend on it. Definitely could buy a cheaper one with the same processing power and such but sadly I did no prior research to buying the phone. Overall good buy but still too expensive.

This phone is truly the best. There's no lag at all. Memory and speed is all there. The battery last all day. There is so much stuff you can do. If you're transferring your files from your old phone, its simple and quick to get it all on this phone. Don't wait, go out and buy this phone.

Purchased this phone as a gift for my mom. She loves this phone! It is a pretty big phone so if you have small hands I would definitely suggest the smaller model of the s20 or getting a phone grip for this phone. Other than that it has great speed and a really good camera!

Large screen with bright and crisp colorful colors. Camera pictures are unbelievable with awesome detail night ability mood for taking pictures you can even freeze a certain picture out a video. Very pleased with my new phone. Bought it out straight out and charged to my Best Buy credit card

This phone is not a good buy if you're looking at the original price. The pre-order and trade-in deals are what made this phone worth it to me. The camera is fine. The battery life is good. The speakers are definitely not the best. The screen is amazing though.

Phone was open-box but it came with all its accessories and original box for a few hundred dollars less. Working perfectly fine going on a year strong with my phone, no complaints.

It's been over two years and this phone still works. There's so many things to on it. The size is a double edge sword because it's great to watch vids but hard on the hands. The battery is still lasting and that is important.

I bought this phone for my daughter who is a technology Geek! She loves everything about it! The photos it takes are amazing. She really likes the larger size keyboard for gaming. She uses it with her Samsung Smartwatch. I would definitely purchase again.

I have 512 GB with 16 ram and this smartphone is very fast. The fingerprint is a little slow but nothing bothers me. The cameras is the best and the android version 10 it is very well optimized.

Its been almost a month since I purchased the brand new s20 ultra. Received it 3 days after purchase, was pretty happy that the signature verification method actually meant that versus just saying it and then finding the boxed device on my doorstep after hours.. it was in fact as stated, new unused etc.. Not a single reason to believe otherwise. Plus, best buy has all the resources you'd need with a phone purchase, and an authorized samsung dealer and service center. I've used best buys service for awhile and have never been left unhappy or with any expectation (based on online statements and reviews) unmet.. I cannot say the same for samsung, which is exactly why I chose best buy for the purchase. They will back anything they sell without excuses or issues. Excellent everything with best buy and the s20.

This is my 1st new cell phone since 2008! I say the commercial for it when it was 1st advertised on TV, and knew it was what I wanted. I love the camera in it which is the main reason I purchased this specific phone. The clarity is superb!

Ny gf wanted a new smart phone and went for the best put there. Like any new phone had a bit of software issues that were finally worked out...camera still has a bit of a focus issue which is a bit of a bummer but hoping over time it fixes
