Still using phone but starting to get burnt in marks on my screen, its fast and got one of the best pictures of any phone i ever had. Only down fall is the images that are burnt in even if there not very noticable.

I'm a first time user of the android system phone and I had a very tough time trying to figure it out. Decided apple iPhones are unbeatable. The build quality and picture are good but it's not user friendly. Since this was top of the line and very expensive we decided to pass on it and go back to apple phones.

Great phone, still learning all it can do. Only thing I think not as good as predecessors is close up pictures. It's great can take such long distance shot but don't expect too much from quality from real long distance shots like they show on TV.

I really like my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra! Mainly for it's features, functionality and 5G capability! Not to mention, Bixby, Samsung pay and the constant updates this phone was well worth the purchase! This phone was designed with the future in mind!

I blught this as a new purchase, and totally love it out of the gate, Screen size is perfect and quick response. 5G Speed which is was faster than my work Wi-Fi I would way recommend this phone.

of all the cell phone I ever purchase in my opinion this is the best phone Samsung ever put out, it has all the bells in whistle with the new model out now this S20 is still top notch

I had the S20 ultra as well but the S20 plus to me was a better fit. They both had the same camera quality with exclusion of the S20 ultra having 108 mega pixels which was so blurry after 30X zoom. It wasn't worth the extra $200 to me. I feel your better off with the S20 plus

I am a Samsung phone person. I have been using the galaxy line for years. I love that you can trade up and get money for your old phone. It's a good way to not waste a good phone.

Samsung and Best Buy keeping me as a valid customer as they give me all my high tech phones every year. I love my Samsung S20 Ultra! Best Buy keeping purchasing simple and easy!

Are used to use an iPhone now I have this phone I love it better than the iPhone I would recommend this to my friends and family

Needed a new phone and went for this one, which was much more than I had prior. It has given me many options in connecting with the world.

Great phone! I upgraded from a s7 edge and omg is this thing nice, the one thing i dont like is the lack of a physical home button. But most manufacturers are doing away with them anyways.

Unbelievable phone. The screen is gorgeous! Camera is as good as advertised. The 120 Hz refresh rate makes scrolling through articles or social media look amazing. Samsung is the best in the business.

This phone is heavier than I am used to but it is beautiful with a very clear display. It functions smoothly and it's larger screen makes it easier to read and navigate apps on it.

Sometimes the phone is a little glitchy but much less than other phones Ive owned. Battery life was great but it has started to die much faster than it did at the start.

Great phone, much better than the old motorola i had. I tend to keep a phone for years, this should do for awhile

I love all of these. But battery back up is not better than S20+. Above all it is a good phone to use in our day to day lives. Not bad at all.

I am not an Apple person. This is my 4th Samsung phone and I am very happy. I am still getting used to it but overall it is GREAT!
