Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's camera, praising its quality and performance. They also appreciate its long battery life and user-friendly interface. However, some users find the phone to be quite expensive and a bit too large for their liking. Additionally, the lack of eSIM support is seen as a drawback compared to other brands.

Phone is good. Display is good, nice build quality. Camera is ok. Price - This is what makes me return the phone. It is super expensive. I know it would be ok for someone else. Especially with Samsung, the price would come down by 40% in next 3-4 months does not justify $1400 for a new phone. Also this does not support eSIM. I think S20+ would be a better buy for most of the people.

The phone was actually quite nice. I made the purchase in Germantown MD and the supervisor name Jeremy was quite nice and helpful. The only bad part is that I could have gotten it cheaper on Amazon.

it resets the date and time once twice a day back to the year 2000 its very annoying as your text messages go to the start off a string so the other person won't see them, the internet won't work until you reset it, and you miss reminders and events that you set because of it, and yes Samsung will do NOTHING TO FIX IT, the 100x zoom is Blairs out its not what it says it is and 5g hello there isn't 5g anywhere close to where you are, it's not worth the money until they fix the camera issue and date and time issue, NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR MONEY

I just recently gave up my Note 10 that I've only had a year but loved it. The only reason for upgrading to the S20 ultra was I thought I was getting better cameras. After a couple of weeks I've not seen the drastic improvement on the cameras and the phone is very slow and always has limited signal strength or no service. Very cumbersome through navigating apps and downloads. 5G? Where is it. I upgraded my phone plan also with Verizon and realized I had better service with my Note 10. Not happy at all.

I loved this phone after I bought it. It's been less than a year and the camera no longer works correctly. I have to use my insurance to get a new phone.

It's a great phone overall, but the cons are to read. My back glass is broken (geek squad took my money, then samsung took my money and didn't come repair it), phone charger port doesn't charge fast, gets too hot, and camera specs aren't good anymore, and rarely holds q charge.

I decided to buy as I was told this supports eSIM. That is not true. This is single SIM phone (only one IMEI) and even in future with a software update it cannot support 2 SIM. Even iPhone supports eSIM and physical SIM. Also 12GB/16GB RAM is also overkill. Finally I ended up returning this and purchased S20+ dual sim from ebay for half of the price.

This is the worst cellphone, I have ever owned. In total, I have 20 cellphones in my life. This is the most cumbersome, and unpredictable phone for usage that I've ever had in my possession. The screen has gone black after a couple of minutes on a call. Best Buy, and Samsung reps don't have a clue what the problem is.
