Spectrum (Verizon network) sells what is superficially the identical phone, but SAMSUNG DIFFERENTIATES MODELS UNDER THE COVER FOR DIFFERENT MARKETS IN THE WORLD, THE PHONE THAT BEST BUY SOLD ME IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO SPECTRUM (VERIZON). SPECTRUM (VERIZON) SAYS IT IS INTENDED FOR A DIFFERENT MARKET. I have had to resort to using the the phone on a different network at far higher cost than expected. THERE IS NO WAY THAT BEST BUY ANNOUNCED THIS POTENTIAL PROBLEM OR PREPARED ME FOR THE ADDED EXPENSE!

The camera lense cracked just by staring at it. The super zoom thingy is false advertising. You get 108 super pixelated images - not like what was advertised. The phone is fast and so as the battery drainage. The charger was not doing the blazing fast charging after 3 uses. It's currently a paperweight at home. I'm tired of getting it fixed. Garbage. Absolutely horrid. Putrid tbh

Those issues have not been fixed. This might not seem like an issue, but a $400 pixel phone has better autofocus than the S20 Ultra. My LG G3 has a better autofocus with its built in laser. I upgraded from the S10+ (and had a S8+ prior) and this S20 Ultra was the biggest waste of my money.

The screen size of 6.9 makes it perfect for watching movies. The camera is phenomenal even in night mode and you can add a memory card of up to 1 TB of memory. The phone is much faster than my S9 and I am able to consistently pick up 5G. The only complaint I have with the phone is Samsung has copied apple in removing the headphone jack. Headphones plug into the charging port and to me thats ridiculous and inconvenient. Thankfully the phone has a long lasting battery so I can get through a movie or two without needing to charge.
