Too much adware

Health, Music, Pay, even Weather. Ads everywhere. Even turning off advertising in every conceivable setting just doesn't target ads, it still shows them. Absolutely not justifiable on stock apps on a more than $1000 flagship phone.

Okay Phone

Glad I did because numerous issues from glass breaking on the lens (which Samsung was calling user inflicted) to issues with a green tint on the screen which I believe they finally pushed out an update to fix. Also, way overpriced for 90% of the same features from previous generations.

Great Camera on the Phone

I bought this phone as an upgrade to the s10 plus but after having two Galaxy phones in a row I had to get back to the easy to use iPhone. I couldn’t figure the Galaxy phones out after having two but the instant I was back to my new iPhone pro max I it was no more complicated android. Samsung does have better headphones and watches though.

Great Phone with lots of features

Went back to best buy and they fixed me up with this one, It was a big decision to switch brands and move up to a more expensive phone, but am realizing you get what you pay for. It was $200 off and got 24 month 0% financing on my Best Buy card. The staff spent time working with me to show me all the features and help make up my mind. Great job Best Buy!
