    Practically useless after a week

    After about a week of owning the phone it started restarting itself randomly throughout the day including during phone calls. I had to factory reset the phone a few times over the course of a few weeks while troubleshooting with AT&T and not everything that was backed up made it back on the phone. Neither Best Buy or AT&T would do anything to help since I didn't purchase their insurance plan. It was still close enough to the purchase date that I could add insurance and then they would help but at that point I wasn't willing to pay for them to fix the broken phone they sold me. Ultimately Samsung repaired the phone under warranty and I just had to deal with not having the phone for about a week. After being repaired it has worked great and I have no complaints, would probably give 4 stars if not for the initial fiasco.

    Im giving this phone 3 stars because it looks nice but I'm still undecided as to whether I like it better than my prior S9. I've already had some issues with the sound and sending multimedia messages. Hopefully things will improve.

    The phone itself is fine but my one star rating is for not receiving the promotion of bill credits from AT&T from trading in previous phone which was used as a selling point to buy from Best Buy. It's been 7 months and still no bill credits. I've contacted AT&T well over 8 times spending at least 10 hours of my time on hold and transferred from one department to the next with the result always being that I should be getting the bill credit in 1 to 3 statements. It's been 7 statements now without any credits. I know this isn't technically Best Buy's fault but Best Buy did use this as a selling point. In the future will never upgrade a phone at Best Buy.

    Its ok. Samsung has a lot of bloatware i would have much rather went with a moto phone but my carrier had none.

    Buying phones through Best Buy sucks. Good price, though. Signed up for service through Best Buy for AT&T activation and the number assigned was in a different area code hundreds of miles away. Had to wait a month then pay AT&T $36 to change the number. This is second phone I've bought through BB and the first had a lot of issues, too.

    I returned this 2 days after I purchased. The unit would not link up correctly with my Outlook for work. For 5 months I called Best Buy and ATT. They sent me to collections even though I returned within 2 days. I had the reciept and they then wanted the shipping label from Best Buy to ATT corporate which the GM of the store said he didnt have. I had to pay a $600 collection of an item that I returned. THEN ATT charged me again for another $600 a week later which then had to dispute through my bank. It was a total nightmare.

    Overheating Phone

    The phone over heats and shuts off when I am on a zoom meeting. Other than that it is the same as the Galaxy S8 I used to have except it wouldn't overheat this bad. I'm disappointed but there is nothing I can do about it at this point.

    Phone was opened previously. They put QC stickers on it. The original plastic was also taken off phone and plastic covering were taken and reattached. ( Had air bubbles and dust) Ive worked in the wireless industry for 12 years and never sold a phone like that to someone.

    Moving to 5G

    Easy change over from Motorola. Much better camera on this Samsung. Wish the battery was just a little stronger but still gets through the day just fine. Love it

    Upgraded my S9 to 256gb AT&T S21. I like how fluid the screen moves but am very disappointed in the resolution and color of the screen. The S9 had a better display than this phone except for how smooth this one moves. Keeping because of the price point.
