Nice phone bad promotional experience.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone itself is fine but my one star rating is for not receiving the promotion of bill credits from AT&T from trading in previous phone which was used as a selling point to buy from Best Buy. It's been 7 months and still no bill credits. I've contacted AT&T well over 8 times spending at least 10 hours of my time on hold and transferred from one department to the next with the result always being that I should be getting the bill credit in 1 to 3 statements. It's been 7 statements now without any credits. I know this isn't technically Best Buy's fault but Best Buy did use this as a selling point. In the future will never upgrade a phone at Best Buy.
