This was an upgrade from the Galaxy S9+ and my hubby is very happy with his new phone. It's fast, has double the storage of the old phone, the battery lasts longer. Although we don't live in a 5G area, we're ready. There are lots of options to customize the setup. The data transferred seamlessly from the old phone. No problems with this phone. Holds charge well, displays well. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I got this phone for my wife because her other android device was giving up on her. She is not into apple so I got her this Samsung and she LOVES IT. I mean the camera and the 128 GB memory? like why not? The phone is fast, the screen is great and battery life is awesome. Again it depends on usage but she can't get enough of it.

This review is written after 2.5 year of ownership. I really haven't noticed any problems. Battery life seems good, charging port is is good shape. No cracks or chips in the screen though there are so scratches in the bezel where the case doesn't cover it

Just the right size for viewing everything. The phone is light, bright screen, fast boot and shut down, and the battery lasts at least a full day of emails, web searches, and mostly idle time when I have the phone ON for at least 12 hours. I mostly use the phone only when not at home. Only when on a vacation do I have a phone on 24/7, bu haven’t been on a vacation in a year-and-a-half. Can’t wait to get back on the road and use this wonderful phone — which is the BEST smartphone I have owned, and this is my fifth one. I usually keep a phone for 2-3 years before upgrading. Samsung now provides four years of updates, which was a major reason for my buying this phone — along with all the positive expert reviews.

Its got all the features i needed. It keeps its charge very well. I like the size and the brilliant screen. I would have liked it a little less in price.

I was looking for a Samsung phone (my previous phone was S6 Edge) that's not too big. I don't like these newer phones that rival notepads for size. I like the shape, design and features of this phone. The cameras are great! Have run into some issues few weeks ago. The phone would just restart frequently, sometime while I was in the middle of working on it. I think this was a software issue which seem to be gone now. It was really annoying for a couple of weeks though. The battery life is great on this phone, typical of Samsung phones I believe. Overall, happy with this purchase.

Love my new Galaxy S21. It has a great camera and is easy to use. I was able to transfer everything from my old Galaxy Note 5 to it and I have 128 GB of memory versus 32 GB. It also transfer all my old photos and all the apps and contacts. There are new features, but not hard to figure out. Battery life also last more than 24 hours. The camera is fantastic and can do much much more with it. It did not matter on the color of the phone as I was able to get a shatterproof case that I like and glass protected screen to fit perfectly .

I upgraded from my S7, which was running slowly, would take 2 days to fully charge and the charge would only last 2 hours. I ran out of space and had to delete apps if i needed more storage space. This new phone S21 5g is definitely an improvement. I have plenty of storage space for apps and pictures. The speed to fully charge is awesome and the charge lasts all day. I can finally leave my charger at home. ...you will need to get a new charger block as the charging cord was not compatible to the one i had for the S7.

Love this phone!! Had the S10 before this. Such an improvement for me. It has all the functions plus more that I need. It is super easy to use and I have received many compliments on it already. I do recommend getting a screen protector just for the possibility of getting scratches. You can't go wrong with this phone!

We upgraded several generations to this phone, so there is a learning curve with the newer interface, but it's still a pretty intuitive phone that works well. It's fast with great call clarity and solid construction. No glitches thus far in function after a few months of use. It holds a charge through a workday with frequent use (though not streaming or the like). The size is a good compromise between a large screen and carry-able phone.

This is my 6th Galaxy to own over the years and by far my favorite. I didn't think I'd like it as much as my S10, but the camera is superior. The 8K videos are incredible! The screen resolution is great, and the battery life is too (I use it moderately and charge every other day). It doesn't come with a charger, but it uses the usb-c like my S10 did. Galaxy Buds Pro work great with it!

I have never had a phone that I liked more than this one. After 9 months and constant usage, the charge holds for over one day. And it came with the super fast charger so it recharges in less than an hour typically. The quality of the photos is better than any camera I've ever had, and I'm a senior so that's saying something.

Screen clarity is brilliant, phone is very fast and battery life excellent. Pretty impressive feature with the on-screen fingerprint reader: if you install a glass screen protector (which we did) it has you re-adjust your fingerprint to account for the additional effective thickness of the screen with the protector on, so that your fingerprint scanner still works great.

Bright, clear and large screen! Battery life so far has been great. Camera has lots of features too, but have not played around with it to much yet. Great experience with Best Buy transferring data, etc. from old phone to new one.

Bought this phone to replace my mom's old Samsung. The size is not too big. Easy to transfer everything and use. Battery life is amazing. The photo quality is amazing. We could not be happier with the upgrade.

I bought for my mom, she loves the phone . It is more durable than advertised, fast, huge screen of course and good amount of storage. Battery life is longer than expected, it easily can go a full day.
