Love this phone. Finally traded up from a Galaxy 7, (I know, I hate change and phone payments). Anyway, my old phone was just like me, slow moving. So, I am hoping for a change, meaning I am hoping that I will become more like my new phone, faster, sleek and beautiful. So far, no disappointments. I get great service in locations I did not get service in before. It is fast and easy to use.

Traded in my S9 which was a great phone for the S21. Awesome display quality and easy to use. Best Buy phone team was efficient, patient, transferred my data and apps and answered my questions. I bought the new charger though my old one was ok, glad I did as it is much faster. Unfortunately the new cord does not fit in my car for charging, so I use my old cord. Took me a few days to get used tapping the screen and not having a "button" to use, actually like it better. Good value.

I really enjoy my phone. The phone is easy to use and takes great photos. I am finding new things daily that this phone will do over my old Samsung. This is my third Samsung phone and I will always be an Android user.

I love my new Samsung phone. It’s very easy to operate, it takes beautiful pictures. The phone itself is nice and thin and easy to handle. With that said everyone needs to go out and make a purchase of a Samsung phone.

This is my 4th Galaxy and I am very pleased. Easy to set up and all my old info transferred easily using the Samsung transfer app. The camera is very good. Overall highly recommended.

Good quality and for someone with small hands, it's not too difficult to use one-handed. The only issue I have with Samsung is that when they do updates they erase all of my passwords so I have to re-log into several of my apps, which is just annoying. Other than that, I'm happy with the phone.
